Then to make it hilarious, he wore white leather Chelsea boots with Superman and Flash's symbol on each side of the boots. Now, that part was funny.

"It's not a dress, but..." "You look good," he says, smiling, and tilts his head toward the door. "Are you ready?" I nod and, while he opens the front door, I grab my clutch and slip into a pair of low heel black suede boots I bought only to wear with these jeans. Then, I meet him on the landing right outside. I lock the door behind us and follow him down the stairs toward his truck. In the dusky evening light, I admire his ride's all-black rims, tread, and tinted windows, and how it complements the car's pearlescent white body.

Kane The grass was still slick with the kind of heavy, grey dew that soaked straight through your socks if you weren't wearing the right boots. I wasn't. There was a specific notch on the heel of the lead man’s boot, a detail that sent a jolt of paralyzing shock through my veins as I recognised it immediately.

“Get dressed, and I’ll take you to Rocco.” Moments later, I stepped out wearing a pair of jeans, Timberland boots, and a long-sleeved shirt. Griff’s gaze wandered up and down my form, and he curled his lips into a grin. The corner of my mouth lifted. He hadn’t once let his gaze wander over my naked body, even though he was devouring my clothed form with his eyes. When he wanted to, he could be the consummate gentleman. But I knew better. Not just from experience— Hades had shown me the footage of him and the twins. I wonder where he’d discarded them, now?

She rolled her eyes and walked towards the green Victorian couch and plumped to it's seat. He stared at her for a few seconds but just shrugged his shoulders and continued to where he left off. The girl ignored him and kept chewing a gum. She was trying to form a bubble when a sudden pop! from it stopped her. A parrot came and flew over as it teasingly poked it's beak on the gum. It let out a mocking laugh as it flew away across the room. It landed on top of a gentleman's shoulder, wearing a skintight suit in chestnut color and leather boots. He was smirking as if to hide the laughter he's holding in, and brushed his slicked brown hair with his hand. A thin, silver metallic headband wrapped

**LEA’S POV** As Easton wished, I finally went out for a stroll. There were a few items I wanted to buy after seeing their stunning display on the cover of this week’s fashion magazine. One of them was a pair of brown boots with black laces from Gusy’s latest collection. They immediately caught my eye, especially since only a hundred pairs were made in each size. Luckily, I managed to snag a pair at the last second. “These are perfect,” I thought as I admired the exquisite details. They’d be great for casual outings—maybe even a picnic. Boots have always been my favorite, and I’ve always had a soft spot for new models that look this good.

He opened his wardrobe and at the bottom I could see a dozen pair of silver plated boots. He picked out a pair and handed them to me, holding them by a small part of it at the back that was still canvas. I carefully collected them and I realized that the boots had no laces or straps. They were made to hug the feet as had a slight elasticity as you slid your leg into them. They were light, lighter than they looked and sounded and I went to my room and retrieved my custom one armed jacket. I got back to the parlour and I saw Tia already in her silver sneakers.

Even his leather boots had steel toecaps, making him look every inch a bad boy biker who liked to crush skulls beneath his feet. As if reading my thoughts, he replied, “I would put on some sensible footwear if I were you.” I made a move to stand up. “You’re not taking her rock-climbing up the mountains of Forest Hills,” Grayson chastised his brother, scrunching his face. “Stick to the nature trail.” Grayson was hot on my heels as I left to rummage through my luggage, looking for my hiking boots. They were brand new, never worn. I was likely to end up with blisters after my first time wearing them.
