“There’s a casino downstairs. You scream, people will hear. I felt a whimper rise in my throat, choked it back, frozen in pure terror. Riggs felt it too. The greedy leer vanished, replaced by dawning, primal fear. He saw Death looking at him. Ruby’s voice broke into a final, desperate scream. The force tore her grip loose, finger by finger. She fell into the horde. In an instant, countless zombies swarmed over her. "AHHH—!" All of a sudden a shriek emanated from his left. “Aaaaa!” That was Lyle. His girl was in danger. Ryder’s nostrils flared. He bared his fangs and flexed his arm muscles. This meant that she was struggling. Was she kidnapped? Who would dare to do that to her? He didn’t care who they were. All he knew was he was about to rip them apart. Kill them one by one. With an enraged roar, Ryder ran in the direction of her scream.

Sagio… Silence. Nothing. No response. My heart sank slightly. “Again,” I urged. Ava tried again. Sagio… can you hear me… Still nothing. AMANI I hear someone scream in the distance, a high pitched, bloodcurdling scream that has my toes curling with horror. With all her strength, Ruby, who stood up to run, was thrown back onto the sofa, her vision darkening. "There, that's better." Pedro laughed as he watched Ruby remain motionless, shake her head, and struggle to remain conscious. "Ed..."
