Romans & histoires Ring Around The Rosie About The Black Plague

Sebastian examined Rose's injuries under the lights and realized that the edges of her wound had already turned dark purple. It was a sign that she was already severely poisoned. Rose's lips had also started to turn black-purple. "Sebastian, she…" Rosalie trailed off, looking nervously at Rose. "She's been poisoned, and she's at death's door," Sebastian answered grimly.

I scoffed, “Great job uncle, I might hate her for breathing but even I am not a monster. We have more important things to talk about.” He laughed, “What could be more important than— “It’s back.” He blinked, “What?” “The black plague.” I breathed heavily, “It’s back uncle.”

"What do you mean?" For several moments Rosie hesitated. She wasn’t sure whether she ought to show anyone. The marks felt deeply personal. Still, Desiree already knew far more about her life than most people ever would. Slowly, Rosie unwound the scarf from around her neck. The moment the fabric fell away, Desiree’s jaw nearly hit the floor. Dark marks still lingered across Rosie's neck and collarbone. Even after two days, they remained unmistakable. "M-Mr Sterling did that?" Desiree asked.

I saw Rosa cautiously circling the corpses with deep concentration, her brows tightly knitted together. “Can you find out anything?” I asked her. She nodded, glanced at me before paying attention to the corpses again, and replied, “The scars on the bodies gave off the stench.” “But they’ve been preserved.” I was puzzled. “Yes,” she nodded again and grimaced. “Preserved corpses don’t give off any smell unless it is a dark smell.” “A dark smell?” Max asked in a cold voice. “It could be done by the wolf or some other beast who carried a dark magic power,” Rosa replied to him, and her frown deepened.

“Although your jacket should dry soon.” While she rustles around in the kitchen, I fumble around with the top of the vial, popping it off quickly. With one pour, it falls into the liquid, blazing bright purple before it returns to dark brown again. Rosie returns, placing a packet of cookies in front of me. I take one. While I chew the edge, I watch her take a sip. Her beauty and innocence is so palpable. If only she knew Time was her mate. The cruel, dark immortal everyone fears.

Where a scene was playing on it. Where I saw at first Ziven was so nice to Rosaline and how happy they were with each other. But it was all his drama while behind her back he used to go to his lover. After sometime Rosaline got pregnant but Trinity mixed some medicine into her food which led her to have a miscarriage. The poison was so lethal that it damaged her uterus. The doctor strongly suggested that she not get pregnant in the future because it will risk her life.

If it means what he thinks it means, then it makes perfect sense why they are the chosen victims. ‘Those who accept their end will rot for as long as their soul had been dead’ also supports the rotting corpses despite it being freshly killed. There had been no implications of struggle, or bruises. It meant nobody fought it physically. It was an intangible entity…making it all the more dangerous. “Hmm…” She returns her gaze to the book and searched for a name. “This book calls it the Plague for the Miserable. I’ve yet to read a cure or a way to prevent it. But fret not, that’s what I will look for today.”

I don’t think I ever could. I lead a very eager Rosie into the woods. I waste no time pushing her roughly against a tree as I undo my pants letting them full to my ankles. My one arm is planted on the side of her head against the rough bark of the tree. My other hand slips into my pocket of the long black robe I have on and pull out the black square diamond that is surrounded by rubies set in white gold. I slip her into her left ring finger. The light isn’t great so she can’t fully see it. I knew she would want a ring to show off to her parents and friends.

“Many of the commoners have spent their entire savings stocking up on grain and medicine. But the recent rains have been constant. Without proper storage, most of those supplies will start molding soon.” I sighed. “Send word to the Crown Prince. Tell him to send men to guard the granaries.” Ten days passed, then a month. The date of Rosalind’s prophecy came and went, but the plague did not come. The people quickly realized they had been deceived. Anger erupted throughout the city, and crowds gathered at Prince Aldric’s gates to protest. Spies we had sent out soon returned with reports that the grain stored in many households had begun to rot from the damp monsoon weather. Only then did I get

Or was she? She crawled into a tree nearby. With her swift abilities, she climbed the oak tree and gained a clearer, more vivid scene of the two. ‘Seriously, they are fucking in a middle of nowhere?’ Rozelyn thought and looked down. The essence of the masked woman seems to be familiar. She observed for another couple of minutes when the two halted. Ludwig walked into where their clothes were placed. As he seized his shirt, Rozelyn saw the black-colored roses that she was looking for. The roses were indeed lined with silver linings along the black petals’ edges.
