The Rival’s Contract Wife

The Rival’s Contract Wife

His eyes were completely cold, filled with absolute, murderous disdain. "Your designs? Don't be pathetic, Valerie," Damian said, his voice flat, brutal, and entirely devoid of human empathy. "You don't have a line anymore. I already pulled your digital drafts from the company server yesterday and registered the intellectual property under Petra’s name. Vance Enterprises will be launching this line as the 'Petra Legacy Collection' next month. It belongs to her now." Valerie’s jaw dropped. The breath was completely knocked out of her lungs. "You... you what?" she whispered, her voice cracking. "You stole my designs? For her?"

“Sorry, can I get you something to drink?” “Alcohol,” I jokingly muttered under my breath and his brows shot up. “Really?” It was my turn to raise my brows at him now because he sounded like he had alcohol and would be willing to offer it to me if I really wanted it. “I’ll just take juice.” “Okay. Karela or -”

Aether's Obsession

Aether's Obsession

“I can see it assembling in real time. Whatever it produces, you’ll use it. But for what? For whom?” Draven didn’t answer immediately. His expression shifted, calculation, hesitation, then something almost like reluctant admiration. “For Zephyria. Maybe. Or for whatever’s left of it after this.” He leaned closer, voice dropping. “You’re more than you look, human. That Aether… It’s not normal. My brother saw it first. Now I do too.”

The Alpha's Rival

The Alpha's Rival

My father, the beta of the Dandelion Prime Pack, emerged followed by a few other high-ranking officials from other packs. My father’s bewildered and somewhat horrified face made me want to melt into the ground, “What has happened, Iris?” He kept his burning gaze on me. I tried to appear strong and opened my mouth to speak but no words came out. Amidst my struggling, I could sense Alpha Sergio inch closer to me again, but he offered no help. What could I say? That Alpha Sergio and I were fate mates? I shook my head slightly- it could not be. My thoughts kept going back to his deceased previous mate and how there was no way he could have gotten over her that quickly. But he does not have a cho

The Alpha's Forgotten Bloodline

The Alpha's Forgotten Bloodline

A group of initiates nearby paused, their white eyes flickering as they processed the "In-efficient Acoustic Event." "Voices are for emergencies," Vara signaled, a hint of her old self breaking through the indigo haze of her thoughts. "Why use the air when you can use the Aether?" "Because the air belongs to us," Kael muttered. "The Aether belongs to them." The Glitch in the Hallows

Beloved Of The Lycan King

Beloved Of The Lycan King

Aetherion stepped forward, his violet eyes wide with something between awe and concern. “You’ve surpassed every prediction,” he murmured. “Even I didn’t anticipate this speed of control.” “Then help us,” I said sharply. “We don’t have time for lectures.” He nodded, lifting his hands. Dark energy rippled around him, but this time, it wasn’t hostile. He formed a barrier around the fissure, holding back the black tide rising from below. The Creator hissed, slamming one massive shadow hand into Aetherion’s barrier. “Your allies cannot save her. She belongs to me!”

The Empress’s Debt: Reclaiming the Billionaire’s Throne

The Empress’s Debt: Reclaiming the Billionaire’s Throne

A crack, thousands of miles long, appeared across the Atlantic Ocean, glowing with a terrifying, molten-blue light. "The Aether was the distraction," Elias laughed as he dissolved into light. "The real game... is the Core." Elena looked down at the crumbling world. She had saved the sky, but she had just awakened the Earth.

Stolen by the Rival Alpha

Stolen by the Rival Alpha

The siblings doted on Kael for a minute, and then finally our last loved one arrived: Rian. The Sun Mountain Alpha had gone dormant since the news of his rival's death. His Epsilons no longer patrolled Niburgh, there were no reports of him conquering smaller packs, and despite how Rian's failed attempt to capture Kael had failed, there was no threat issued. It was unnerving to know that though Syrus was quiet, there was always the chance he could change his mind. However, it seemed Syrus wanted to gift what he assumed was an act of thanks for the defeat of his oldest enemy.

Rise of Athena

Rise of Athena

"How fun is it going to be? I don't understand." "We're going to see a lot. Lots of sights to see. I promise you," Athena sighed and leaned against him. "I can't wait to get there and I also feel really nervous." "Why?" "I mean, the games. A lot of skilled warriors will be attending and I get to compete with them? I don't think I stand a chance." Alex took her hand and played with her fingers. "You stand a chance, Athena. You shouldn't be so nervous. I know you're strong and skilled. I've seen you handle the sword. I've seen you fight with your hands and don't forget, you already have a wolf,"

She chuckled in his arms. "Never! Even if you kill me, we will still somehow reconnect in the afterlife." Mila squeezed her good arm around him and deepened the embrace. He was her rival, she was his desire, he was her peace.

The plot of this story is completely different from the other Billionaire stories. it is captivating. I love that the author blends romance and action with the perfect pacing. I will recommend this to anyone looking for a different romance storyline.

I came for the romance but fell in love with the action. I know that this is my second time reviewing the book, but I just can't help it. And if author continues with the good writing, I'll definitely be back with another review soon. it is like paragraph comments are never noticed.
