He angrily asked, "Why are you not driving?!" The driver came back from his shock, he said, "All of the three are absolutely scoundrels! Yesterday they told me the same story and had fooled me and hadn't even paid my full fare! And today again those three scoundrels fooled me once more!" RK who was already very angry, he was not interested in listening to his story, he said in his usual chilled voice "Shut your mouth and just drive!" The driver felt his cold aura, he gulped and started driving without making any noise.

Jade pointed to the phone, "I saved the story; there were witnesses. I was grabbed in a supermarket parking lot. They had been cruising the lot for days. It wasn't random; I was selected." "What do you me...?" I was trying to form a reply when a huge pickup raced up my butt, swung into the other lane, and blew by. Just as I saw the guy in the bed of the truck, another one slammed into the rear corner of the car. A perfect Pit maneuver. As we shot off the road, I saw the first truck stop, and backup lights went on. The car flew off the road, down a steep hill, crashing through small trees, headed for the big ones.

Vivi "Fuck it all to hell!" I cursed as I grabbed the ticket from the windshield of my old Jeep Wrangler. It was the third one in the last two weeks! "What happened to brotherhood of the badge shit?" Two little white-headed ladies walking by on the sidewalk gave me the stink eye for my outburst. "Sorry," I mumbled, but I wasn't really. How could a town that had literally one main road have so many fucking parking laws? I felt like I had broken most of them in the short time I'd been here and apparently there was no love lost between the game wardens and the traffic cops here.

“I got the footage.” I turned to him sharply and pushed myself off the wall. “Show me.” He nodded, pulling his laptop out from under his arm and setting it on the glass table in the lounge. Jeremy scrambled to his feet, wiping his eyes with the back of his wrist before following us. The video played on a small window. Stella, Bree, and Vivian appeared in the doorway, watching with wide, tearful eyes. The footage showed the blocked road, the cars lined up in confusion, the fight breaking out between them and us when some idiot tried to demand payment to “pass through sacred land.”

I rolled a few rounds on the ground and lay in a puddle of water on the side of the road. "Now your arms are broken. Are you satisfied now?" Finn asked me. I knew he was fucking gloating. I lay in the puddle without moving, soaked and drenched in mud. I can't believe I've paid a million krons on this fucking road! I thought to myself. Tomorrow I'll ask people to burn this fucking road and the mother fucker who has designed it! "Yeah, that's a very effective way to resolve road rage. Burn the road and kill the engineer," Finn scorned.

No mechanical failure detected in the vehicle's remains. But there was something off about the witness statements. Three drivers had been on the coastal road that night. Two of them described the same thing: a dark sedan driving erratically behind my mother's car in the minutes before the accident. The third witness—a truck driver who'd been farther back—didn't mention the sedan at all. The police had dismissed the sedan as irrelevant. Road rage, they theorized. An impatient driver who'd been tailgating and fled the scene after the accident. Case closed.

He stared at me for sometime as though he was trying to collect himself, then he started.

Lara could only sigh when her mother-in-law demanded the driver speed up. “Faster! I’ve got an event to attend!” Ami snapped irritably. “Ma’am, this is already the maximum speed. We might get pulled over by the police,” the driver responded cautiously. Ami, however, lashed out at him in a high-pitched tone. “Ma’am, Ma’am! I said, call me MADAM! Understand?” Ami yelled furiously. The driver panicked and accidentally slammed on the brakes recklessly. Ami’s anger surged to an unprecedented level.

Why am I always running late? A motor bike came into view. I quickly stand in the middle of the road with my arms spread wide, blocking it. The driver almost didn't make it in time and nearly hit me, but I made no move. Not even a flinch. The front tire lightly touched my sole, causing him to curse angrily. "Fuck miss! If you're going to kill yourself! Don't drag anyone else along with you!" He yelled at me as he removed his helmet. What a blabbermouth! I don't have that kind of luxury! No, not right now.

The entrance door of a fast food, opening and closing, with people trooping in and out, just opposite of the newspaper what was got my stomach's attention, and I salivated, wishing I had money on me. Just in the middle of the getting-busy road, a trailer and a car following behind two impatient women on the Pedestrian side talking to each other were halted by the traffic cop. And a few moments later another Insanity issued. A motorcycle at top speed, riding through the ham of vehicles hit a coffee stand and was held by good citizens, who wanted him to pay for his damage.
