They both advanced forward towards the tree where they heard the sound. Roy peeked into the bush with his wolf eyes and sighted the rabbit. He giggled and told Cara to sit that out as he would go for it and since Cara had tried it out at first but failed.

“What a shame.” Roger walked up to me with a twinkle in his eye and proceeded to investigate my scalp by pulling hair left and right. “What are you doing?” I asked as I swatted his hand away. “Looking for antennas,” he giggled. “Asshole,” I giggled back. “I always knew that you were different,” he replied teasingly. “I just never knew how much.” “You might not think this is so funny when they come for you and there’s no one there to protect you,” Dr. Mokena said.

The arrow’s point gleamed, wicked and sharp, as he lifted it, weighing its balance, feeling the potential for death in its edge. His eyes narrowed, finding his target through the window. Beyond the glass, the rain made the world a blur, but Roger’s gaze never wavered. A rabbit, small and shivering beneath the awning, its fur plastered to its skin by the downpour. Innocent. Helpless. Roger drew the string back, his muscles coiled like a predator ready to strike. One breath. Two. Three.... A knock echoed through the room. He cursed under his breath, releasing the string but not the tension coiled in his shoulders.

Two gamblers, both fox-haired and reeking of cheap liquor, staggered toward the end of the street, their laughter bouncing off the low lit alleyways. The taller of the two, Rogers, wiped his nose with the back of his hand, his sharp eyes scanning the road ahead. And his eyes landed on something.. “Look there,” he muttered, elbowing his friend, Dale. His finger pointed toward the unconscious figure slumped against the tunnel wall. Claws extended, I swiped at Roger, but he sidestepped and landed a solid blow to my chest. The impact sent me stumbling backward. Seizing the moment, Roger pinned me to the ground. His strength is on another whole different level entirely. "Your reign is over, Little Rascal," Roger sneered, his hot breath on my face. "The Whitewater pack will be free, and you will be the one enslaved in death." With a surge of adrenaline, I tried to break free, but Roger's grip was unyielding—his strength was overwhelming compared to mine. "You don't think you'll be able to defeat me, do you?" he asked, part of his face shifting into wolf form, just like mine.

One time, he encountered an accident during practice, which affected his appearance, so that was why he looked old. With his strength, however, no one dared to say that about him. After so many years, Rabbit was the first arrogant and domineering opponent he faced, and more importantly, he was just a monster beast. He had just been insulted by an animal. Thinking of this, Roger was furious. “Damn it, I'll turn you into a roast rabbit and eat you!” Roger roared angrily before making his move. He knew that Rabbit was strong, so he planned to deal with Rabbit first.

The royals were still mingling and discussing when I finally spotted Roger. He was standing near the grand archway, speaking with another man, shaking hands. I didn’t stop to think. I ran straight into him, crashing into his chest. “Please, help me!” I gasped, gripping his arm like it was the only thing keeping me. “They’ll find me! Please!” Roger growled fiercely and drew me behind him, his hair was on end and his teeth began to elongated. I could see the signs of his transformation. “What’s going on?” he growled wildly, “Who’s after you?”
