Ruby rushed a string of inaudible curses beneath her breath as the black Mustang veered into a busy street. It was the third time in a row and now, her skin tingled because she was sure as fuck he was doing it to put off anyone on his tail. Cycling faster past the parked vehicle’s tinted windows, Ruby cursed again as she ventured into the next street. Replacing her helmet with a baseball cap, she rushed into the corner, just in time to see the car’s door open and a tall figure step out, completely dressed in black. His eyes were covered with thick black shades, making it difficult to see his face completely.
