Dante groaned as Sadie quickly stood in front of him and grabbed his hands between her as she looked pleadingly with gleaming eyes. Dante's breath hitched. "You're still making things up. Someone might actually keep believing you?" Scarlett's tone was dripping with sarcasm. Mossa's face twisted with both anger and regret. "Hmph! A misunderstanding? I heard every word you said just now!" "I-those were just angry words! I didn't really do it! Mom, you have to believe me!" Sadie begged desperately. Mossa looked at her tear-streaked face.
