They were both impressed that I have already published a half dozen books that have been fairly successful. “I love the Erotic Wizard book you wrote,” Fiona purred. It amazed me that she had already read one of my books. “I get aroused every time I think about those steamy sex scenes you described,” she announced openly. There was a short silence that followed and Franny was grinning broadly when I glanced over at her.

Stephen offered sheepishly. “Stephen…?” Fisher's disbelief was palpable. He scanned the tall hunk from head to toe, before he stepped forward and hugged him…tightly. An embrace, Stephen, returned with the same vigor. “It's really you.” He marveled. “It's really me,” Stephen chuckled and for a split moment, he forgot all about Xavier who was watching in like an intruder. Fisher stepped forward and gave Stephen another look over. “The years have been kind to you.” There was a subtle hint of flirting in his tone. Either Stephen didn't catch onto it, or he decided to play along.

Chase warns him. “The weird little thing I couldn’t figure out has shown its purpose. It’s positioned perfectly at my clit, and it’s sucking while Hudelone rails into me. Heat burns through my bones, and I’m silenced by the pleasure that builds,” Jax reads aloud with a grin. “Okay, stop reading the fucking book!” Chase laughs, shaking his head as he walks off. “I’m reading them all. Every single one of her books,” Jax smirks, clearly enjoying himself.

I deadpanned with a blank look, and she laughed awkwardly. Next to greet me was Fiona, the only one that is genuine with her actions toward me. She's older than me, and I'm the youngest. Fiona is an artist who chose her passion over a stable job like mine. "Ignore the bitches. You look great, darling!" Her extrovert self beamed before hugging me tight, and I smiled before returning her hug with equal enthusiasm.
