Remember you are sold and the sold things never get to return back to their original place," Zara rolls down the thick drops of tears as she clutches her clothes with all her might. The line cuts off and there is silence all over the dark room where she is supposed to meet him today. She is scared and she is foreign to the place. She doesn't know who the is the one she is entangled and sold with by her uncle and aunt. Her eyes plays around the room only to find the dark and tall figure standing right behind the door and his blue orbs was only what she could see right now. Mateo Williams, the second main character works for Noah but joins in a secret agency which works under Amelia, later gets appointed as her bodyguard because of her parent's sake as they were scared of losing her because Amelia wins a challenge which was given by Noah and he suddenly vanishes somewhere. Amelia falls in love with him but Mateo doesn't care about her feelings at first and then he gets into a secret relationship with her. After getting to know this, Noah searches information about him and reveals to her that he was cheating on her with her sister and concludes that he was in love with her since they first met as enemies. He explains that he behaved like her rival just to protect her from his family who wanted to destroy her so he takes the charge and never tried to kill her. Amelia understands him and they end up together but before they could react for how Mateo betrayed her, he escaped from her.
