A dance with the villian

A dance with the villian

I melted into the shadows, dodging each attack, the heat grazing my skin but never quite touching me. I emerged from the darkness once more, sending tendrils of shadow snaking toward him. This time, they were thicker, more solid. They wrapped around his arms and legs, pinning him in place. I tightened my grip, feeling the shadows constrict his movements. Hyperion struggled, his muscles bulging as he tried to break free, but the shadows held firm. For a moment, it seemed like I had him. But then, with a roar of effort, Hyperion's body exploded with solar energy. The shadows disintegrated under the intense heat, and I was forced to retreat, shielding my eyes from the blinding light.

Shadow Heir

Shadow Heir

Alright — let’s carry the momentum straight into Chapter 2 of Shadow Heir, The journey began before dawn, the keep still cloaked in darkness when Eolan stepped into the courtyard. A thin mist hung low, curling around the hooves of the waiting horses like it feared to drift too far from stone walls. The air smelled of wet earth and pine, fresh from the night’s rain.

Luna's Shadow

Luna's Shadow

He would come, she knew that and Klaus knew that too. — and that was the problem. The car lurched as it veered off the main road, the smooth hum of tires replaced by the crunch of gravel which made Rebecca’s stomach turned violently. She tried to reach for her wolf, to find that spark of feral strength she’d felt in the clearing, but there was nothing but a hollow and numbing ache. The Moonblight didn't just dull the senses; it severed the connection to the soul. "We're here." The voice came from the driver who was one of Klaus's men, his neck thick and scarred. He didn't look back as he brought the vehicle to a halt in front of a low, concrete structure that seemed to grow out of the hillsi

Shadowbound Flame

Shadowbound Flame

“Who.” The air dropped in an instant. Breath froze in their lungs, every candle guttering but never quite dying. The chamber seemed to fold inward, as if the walls themselves bent closer, pressing down on their ribs. Then, with a groan that echoed like bones breaking, the seal cracked. From its heart spilled shadow — but not like theirs. Not crow-black. Not familiar. This shadow was older, heavier, soaked in memory. Its edges gleamed red as if dipped in fire. A feather emerged. Long. Brittle. Stained faintly with blood.

Marked From Birth

Marked From Birth

Every wolf, every human engineer, every servant suddenly found themselves staring into a mirror of their own worst selves. Audrey saw her own shadow rise from the ash. It didn't look like a Queen. it looked like the thirteen-year-old girl she had been in the Moon Shadow Manor—beaten, starving, and terrified. The shadow held a rag and a bucket, its eyes empty of hope. "The Law is the only thing that keeps the beast at bay," Solari hissed. "Without my Silver, you are all just animals in the dark. Now, face the truth of what you are."

THE SHADOW LUNA

THE SHADOW LUNA

One moment she was powerless, the bond being stripped away piece by piece. The next, her wolf rose up inside her like a tidal wave. Like a dam breaking. Stronger than ever before. Wild. Ancient. For three heartbeats, Lyra felt power she'd never experienced. Power she'd never even imagined. Power that made the air around her shimmer and ripple. Power that made shadows dance at her feet like living things. Power that made the pack members step back in fear. Helena's face went white. Snow white. Her green eyes widened in recognition and something else.

The Moon Shadow

The Moon Shadow

Stripping off my clothes, I left them and my bag under a redwood tree, then I let Rose take over. "Let's run to our heart's content! Then we'll take a bath in the river," I said to her. Under the luminous gaze of the full moon, I felt an irresistible force surging through my being. My heart quickened with anticipation. Closing my eyes, I focused on the power within, embracing the ancient magic that coursed through my veins. It began with a tingling sensation, like a thousand tiny needles tracing patterns across my skin. My bones shifted, and a rush of euphoria washed over me as my human form started to contort.

My Dark Desirable Wolf

My Dark Desirable Wolf

It’s against everything fate has tried to impose upon us. Dorian notices. The smile vanishes from his face, replaced by a flicker of surprise. For a second, uncertainty clouds his gaze—and that’s all I need to believe that maybe, just maybe, we have a chance. “You don’t know who you’re messing with,” Shadow whispers, his voice deeper, darker, like a lament, as if everything he’s endured has prepared him for this moment. He moves swiftly—faster than I expected—and confronts Dorian. The energy surrounding Shadow explodes in a burst of light and darkness that seems to fracture reality itself.

Shadows of the Lost

Shadows of the Lost

Karina was covered in sweats, her teeth gritting as she poured all her force into slowing down the momentum of Hail’s final attack. Without another word, the other Nobles summoned their shadow. The blackness of its feature stretched until they connected. It was only then that it stretched into a dome that covered all of them. At the same time, Sloane called upon her shadow who stretched in the basis of her shadow. Before the dome closed upon her, she’d seen Sloane winked at her and she felt a warm sensation stabbing her stomach.

The world building is well-crafted and just by the narration na hindi gumagamit ng deep english words, it really brings the reader in the world of the mc. Prologue pa lang, one can tell the mc is someone strong-headed and even though she lost her memories, that characteristic didn't change.

honestly, I'm not a fan of fantasy but Z's character is just damn! I'm imagining her like a goddess. Also, I'm very amaze on how the story is being written. Can I have your intelligence? You're too great, I swear! Reading this story is a must! Looking for someone named George now HAHAHA
