Keith replied "I am done with this conversation. You should take Tia up on that offer and come meet Veronica. She is a good fuck," I said "I am good," Keith replied "Still waiting for your mate, huh? That's fine. I am sure Ryan would love to fuck Veronica, but then again, I might keep both Veronica and Tia for myself," I teased. Keith wanted to find his mate. "This is Kalyssa Carran of the Diamond Pack. She is Xander and Elias's Mate." A broad smile spread across his face. "Kalyssa! Of course!" Lance said, crossing the room to me. "I'm Lance Steel, head of the North Coven. It's a pleasure to meet you." He lifted my hand to his lips and kissed it. "The pleasure is all mine," I replied, already intrigued by this man. "It's so good of you to come," he said, then his smile faded. "Did Xander and Elias come with you?" I nodded. "Yes, they did, as a matter of fact."

Intrigued, his gaze searched the room until it landed on a pair of shoes stopping beside him. It was the man who had been with King earlier—his right-hand man. “Pleasure to meet you. I’m Raze Alconde,” he said, offering a handshake. Kane accepted it with grace. “Pleasure to meet you, too.” “My boss seems to like your work a lot,” Raze remarked. “I’m an aspiring artist myself. Mind sharing your secret?” His smile was lopsided, his tone friendly. Kane sensed the subtle game at play and responded in kind.

“Thanks, Lucas.” I saw Nick had two people around him I didn’t recognise and knew it had to be his other two siblings I had not met. Sarah was about the same height as me and of a bigger build with long black hair. Elio was tall and muscular and looked very similar to Nick. I headed over more confident than meeting his parents. Nick had said very little about these siblings, so I was walking into the unknown. Nick smiled as I walked over. “Sarah, Elio, I would like to introduce Leila.”

Keith looked at him, truly confused, "how do you know about that? I haven't perfected it yet, uh?" The Phoenix was the legendary, devastating technique Keith would become famous for, a move synonymous with his power until his tragic end. "Well, you can now! Because as you can see, I'm useless, and there are just too many of them!" Mars yelled. Keith glanced at his sword, a decision hardening in his eyes.

I, Roy, now stood where he once had, a reminder of the throne I’d claimed through cunning and strength, traits Shane had clearly lacked. I let out a low, mocking laugh, savoring the sight of Shane’s former loyalists kneeling before me, their heads bowed in forced submission. Most wore expressions of defiance, their bodies tense as they glared up at me, their hatred like a smoldering fire, simmering but not yet dangerous.
