Now, help me find the eggs, will you?" With overwhelming curiosity, and a hint of fear, I looked for the eggs. As I rummaged through drawers and cabinets, she continued to regale me with nonsensical stories about talking squirrels and time-traveling teapots. Frankly, I wasn't sure if I had stumbled into an alternate reality or if I had been possessed by a mischievous spirit. Or maybe she had been possessed by something malevolent.
