A Love So Dangerous

A Love So Dangerous

I winced every time my shoulder throbbed with my movements. It's just a little pain. Nothing I can't handle, I reasoned, trying to reassure myself.

Married To My Billionaire Nemesis

Married To My Billionaire Nemesis

"Does the pain spread anywhere?" "Left arm," I groan. "Jaw... sometimes." She gulps. "It radiates to his left arm and his jaw." She listens again, nodding quickly. "Yes—shortness of breath. He's wheezing badly." "How long?" she asks me softly. "Since... this morning," I pant. "Worse... hours ago." "It started this morning and got significantly worse earlier," she relays. The doctor asks something else. Eden's voice shakes now, despite her effort to keep it steady.

The Pack's Weirdo : A Mystery to Unveil

The Pack's Weirdo : A Mystery to Unveil

I tried to take the knife in my hand, but it was far from my reach, and I was unable to move my hand. I can feel the pain building up in my shoulder and ribs, but I can't see the person in front of me as my vision is blurry because of tears.

This book literally hooked me from the very beginning of the story. The more chapters I read the more I fell in love with it.... All the plot and twist makes me thirsty for more. And here I am, finally finishing the book....... Looking forward to when it will be published....

Worth reading. Has enough action to not be boring nor overwhelming. Great plot twists. FYI: several reviews mention some problems with language/syntax. An author’s note said it costs money to go back and edit. Look, MY English ain’t perfect, but I can understand enough of the story to enjoy it.

Chosen By The Moon

Chosen By The Moon

He got to work quickly, I could feel a lot of tugging and pushing which made me believe I needed more stitches than I originally thought. Now that my back was completely numb the pain in my arms seemed to radiate ten fold. I was unsure weather I should tell the doctor or not, in all honesty I seem to just be radiating agony. Of course I didn't want say anything that would cause me more strife, however the doctor currently helping me was already a step ahead, it was almost as if he read my crumbling mind.

excellent work author and I think I understand the reasons why you insisted so much on this pain during the first pages. I am sure that Dylan will not remain without her arm, like all those who are still alive and were mutilated during the battle, she will ask the goddess for help on this subject.

I Wish they would make physical versions of it. This is one of the few stories of this type that I'm really enjoying to read. I'm still in chapter 20. I hope they keep the quality... but, until now, this book is definitely my favorite from all the ones that is in apps there is like this one.

Will Bear the Moon

Will Bear the Moon

His shoulder caught Naska full-force, the impact jarring through her bones like a hammer blow. She stumbled, gasping as pain shot through her arm. The grip of her thin slippers lost purchase on the polished stone, her feet sliding out from under her. One arm flailed out desperately, her fingernails scraping against marble as she caught the frame of a column just in time to keep from collapsing completely. The cold stone bit into her palm, sharp and unforgiving. The jolt to her shoulder was sharp, radiating down her arm in waves, but it barely registered—nothing compared to the sharper crack blooming in her chest like ice spreading across water. Her breath caught in her throat, ragged and thi

Lovers & Liars

Lovers & Liars

The faint scent of antiseptic and the gentle hum of machines all confirmed my suspicions. I was in a hospital room, a private one from the looks of it. Sighing, I tried sitting up only for me to gasp out in shock as a sharp, stabbing sensation shot through my right shoulder and down my arm. I fell back onto the pillow with a loud wince. It was as if someone had stabbed a thousand needles into my flesh, leaving me to writhe in agony at the prickling sensation. “Fuck!” I cussed viciously under my breath as tears pricked my eyes. I looked down at my right arm which was wrapped up from shoulder to wrist in a compression bandage and laid beside me like a heavy iron.

Marked by the bully (#1 in bully series)

Marked by the bully (#1 in bully series)

I reached Timberland running all the way till here briefly being in my thoughts, don't even I remember as to when that happened. "Okay, get up buddy." He helped me get on my legs but hell, the pain shot sharp down the length of my arm causing my muscle to contract and shrink in response of the pain. "Shit, you shoulder!" I looked at where he indicated. "Igh shit, that looks awful." whining at it I saw how badly have my skin slitted from along the line of collar bone ending right above my heart. He hissed regretfully seeing how my visible flesh moved as the blood oozes out like an aggressive river flowing during rainstorm. I attempted to pull together the slit and close it nonetheless it stai

the bullying is so severe not sure anyone cud forgive that even at the thought of possible mate, the H will always be seen as weak if she forgive that level of bully especially since she's human and dont heal like w9lfs do, and i am not confident in spending coins on hoping this will turn around

Touched by the Billionaire, Owned by the Devil

Touched by the Billionaire, Owned by the Devil

The pain radiated up into my ear and down into my neck. "Around five." "And you got home at six-fifteen." "I took the train." "You took the train." His other hand came up and grabbed my shoulder, his fingers hooking into the hollow above my collarbone like claws. He squeezed, and the pain was different from the jaw pain. Sharper, more focused, like a hot wire being pressed into the joint. The bruise from the morning was still tender there, from when he'd grabbed me over the milk, and now he was pressing directly into that same spot with fresh force. My collarbone felt like it was going to snap. "That's a thirty-minute trip. Where were you for the extra forty minutes?"

Rewinding My Reaper Boyfriend

Rewinding My Reaper Boyfriend

He summoned the cool, clinical persona he used to hide the monster. "It's muscle spasms," Cale lied. "Intercostal neuralgia." "Inter-what?" "The muscles between your ribs," Cale explained, his voice steadying. "You were tense yesterday. The stress of the argument. The way you slept curled up. The muscles seized." "It feels deeper than muscle," Elion gasped. "It feels like... bone." "It radiates," Cale said. "Nerve pain mimics organ trauma. It's a phantom signal."

The Nun's Vow To The Devil

The Nun's Vow To The Devil

“Hmm, is it that you don't want to tell me or…” “I just don't think it's something you should hear now. Emotional distress. Mental health…” I gave her a look she bit her lips, still standing there rather than doing the obvious. I tried to adjust my position in the bed, pushing myself up slightly with my good arm. Pain exploded through my left shoulder. I grunted, collapsing back against the pillows. "Don't move," the nurse said quickly, moving closer. "You'll tear the stitches." I breathed through the pain, waiting for it to settle from screaming to just aching. My right hand moved instinctively to my throat, seeking comfort in... what?
