Show Me The Way My Alpha Novels & Stories

But Alpha-- "We'll be fine" I assured and without waiting for his response, I exited the room, running towards my chambers. I arrived there and walked to the wall opposite the door, I spread my palm on a side of the wall; it glowed and a pin was required. Aside from Kyra, only I knew about this emergency passageway to the sword keeper, not even My Beta is aware. It's a passageway that only I can activate and make use of. Except for yesterday, when I took Kyra with me down this path and revealed everything to her.

He passes it, taking me down a foreign hall way. After years of training, there were a few things I trusted; my almost photographic memory and my guts. Right now, everything suddenly screams at me that we might not actually be heading up to see the Alpha. “Where are we actually going?” I say finally. I feel the idiot physically tense up momentarily before he continues dragging me along. “Are you deaf? We’re going to meet the Alpha. Your time out seems to not have calmed down that snarky personality of yours.” “I’m pretty sure we passed the right turn almost a minute ago, so you can cut the bullshit now.” I say coldly and confidently.

His lips were drawn into a thin line, his eyes watching the mean girl with one brow slightly quirked upwards. “Alpha.” She acknowledged him, bowing her head in respect. Realizing that he was the current alpha of this pack, I did the same. “HARPER.” He said her name and the silence that followed was loud, unsettling. “What sort of behavior are you exhibiting?” His voice was cold and detached and Harper was clearly shaken by it. I fought the smile that threatened to spread on my lips. “I'm sorry, Alpha. I—” “You seem to have forgotten that you are only just a guest here.” He cut her off and she raised her head, her gaze meeting mine.

Seems like this situation is taking a toll on me. “You are trespassing on private land,” the warrior informs me as I roll down the window. “I have to ask you to leave. If you got lost, I can show you the way onto the next highway.” “No, listen!” I gulp as I look up at him in the hopes of not appearing too aggressive. “I need to talk to your Alpha. I have injured warriors and we need your help.” He takes a step to the side, bending to look into the backseats, and hums as he looks at the Beta, probably mind-linking him about what he is seeing.

My thoughts, as well as my movements stopped dead as I breached the threshold of the sitting room and saw the Alpha sitting on one of the sofas, his back to me as he sipped a dark liquid from a clear glass. "Everything okay?" He asked turning his head slightly before sniffing the air and turning fully to face me, his expression one of surprise. "My apologies Alpha." I uttered remembering my manners, although it may have been a little late, so in an added show of respect I bared my neck signalling my loyalty and obedience to BlackRock and to Leroux as Alpha. "My car won't start, the Beta said to come in here." "It's fine. Take a seat." He directed before his eyes glassed over signalling his m

"They're with me." "Where are we going, Alpha?" I opened my eyes. Power rolled under my skin, tight and contained. "To find my mate."

I finally dropped the bomb. “So?” I felt his eyes skip over me boredly. “P-please teach me!” I bowed my head down completely. There was complete silence. When I got the boldness to look slightly up, I saw the Alpha lean back on his chair and then he said, “If you're really serious about being a tracker then go to Boaz,” “I see, Alpha.” *** Time skips “So the Alpha sent you to come here, huh?” Beta Boaz said without any hint of friendliness In his tone.”

I found it strange that a mere human could shift my mood so effortlessly. “Really?” I asked, leaning closer into her space. She nodded vigorously, her face still hidden. I laughed again, though part of me felt a predatory satisfaction. I already knew everything about her. I had tasked Viktor, my Beta, with unearthing every detail of her life. That was how I knew exactly where she lived. I knew she was untouched, and even if she didn't realize it, I could feel her primal pull toward me. I was an Alpha; she was my fated Mate. The universe didn't give her a choice.

When they saw me enter, their whispering stopped. Their eyes lowered. Respect. Respect I had never known in this pack. I swallowed the knot in my throat and walked toward the bed. The Alpha King smiled when he saw me. “My daughter’s little friend,” he murmured, voice stronger than yesterday. “The one with more courage than she believed.” Warmth spread in my chest. “I am glad you are awake.” He nodded slowly. “Not awake enough. Not yet. But there is more light than darkness in me today. I can feel it.”

That would be Bryce’s job, since I do not think my mental state would allow me to drive a car, and I was not about to cause an accident. “You know... I think you are one of the strongest Alphas that I have come to know in my lifetime. You are physically strong, and emotionally even stronger. It cannot be easy to smile every day, knowing your mate is not smiling alongside you. Just know that we are here for you, and we are not going anywhere.” I cracked a small smile, so small, that you would have missed it if you did not pay attention, and we were off to go talk to the Alpha of the crimson fangs.
