Frozen on Fire

Frozen on Fire

Althea focused on the heat deep inside of her and used what little magic she possessed to form a barrier around it. She fought the urge to stomp her feet or rub her hands together. Instead, she filled her lungs with frigid air and expelled it in a huff. Beside her, Destroyer uncurled, stood, stretched, and then resituated his huge body around her feet and knees. “You should leave me. You will die if you stay here. We can not wait much longer for him to rescue us,” she whispered, but the wolf simply opened one insulted blue eye and let out a sigh that sent the snow in front of his mouth flying wildly around them.

Born of Fire and Moonlight

Born of Fire and Moonlight

Flames erupted in a circle around me. “Nova!” Mara’s voice snapped like a whip. I barely heard her over the roar in my ears. My skin was burning—but not damaged. It didn’t hurt like fire should. It felt… alive. Like it was speaking. I couldn’t breathe. I couldn’t think. Just as the fire around me leapt higher— A blast of icy water crashed into me from the side, knocking me flat. I choked, coughing as steam exploded off my soaked body. My hair stuck to my cheeks, dripping. The flames hissed and died.

CHASING HIS LUNA BACK

CHASING HIS LUNA BACK

It pulsed beneath my palm like a heartbeat. I exhaled slowly and pressed my hand against the page. The flames came instantly. They swallowed the book in a soundless roar, a fire without smoke or heat. Before Silas could yank me away, the blaze leapt and coiled around me like serpents. My vision swallowed itself. One blink I stood in our chamber and the next I stood on snow. A village lay in front of me, small and poor and full of smoke. The air smelled of frost. Children chased one another through the mud with sticks and no shoes. I heard laughter and the reason it hurt was because I knew it would not last.

The cursed mate's return

The cursed mate's return

They’d gone still. Frozen mid-movement, hovering like glass shards in the air. “Freya,” Rowan whispered. “Your hand.” It burned. The sigil pulsed, bright gold now—not blue. I turned my palm toward the fire, and the flames bowed inward. “You opened the door with blood,” the voice said again. “Now it will not close without sacrifice.” Kye stepped between me and the flame. “Who are you?” A shape formed inside the fire—small at first, then rising.

if she was even alive, but there was too much noise from the war around us for me to hear her heartbeat so far away. Jackson’s familiar wolf raced in from behind Nova, and my hand moved to cover my mouth as Cain pulled his arm back and released the ball of fire. Jackson jumped forward, getting between them. The fireball made impact, and he howled in pain as he was consumed by the flames just as the ground opened up and Nova fell into it.

Dark, Twisted but really good. At first the story is Dark with too much Twisted scenes. Romance development it's the Best trait in this story. I enjoy it a lot, yet it's not perfect, half the story it's too much to handle with really disturbing scenes. Also I like better the second couple. congrats!

I love this story and writing! The story of Lylah grew on me and where the second part took her. This book became more than the Lycan King’s craving, and it’s now our craving. If you haven’t read this yet I suggest you do! But uh, when will you write more??? Please do. We need to see this through!...
