I started to feel scared of the idea of being alone in this long and quiet alley. Maybe this place wasn't as safe as I thought. A shiver ran down my spine as a blurred shadow seemed to have moved at the end of the alley. It was then followed by faint whispering and snickering echoing behind me. The hairs on the back of my neck stood on end, signaling that I was not alone in this desolate alleyway.

My chest heaved as I tried to hold back the sobs building in my throat, but it was useless. "I don't..." I gasped, my voice breaking. "I don't have... I don't have anyone!."
