Troy replied with a shrug and smiled. "Did you just mention Sierra? Isn't she the new chic—" It just dawned on me what Troy had said, so before George could finish his sentence, I cut him off. I tried so hard to relax the muscles in my face as I looked at Troy and smiled, hoping that my true emotions would go unnoticed. "Ever’s with others?" I asked, and Troy immediately nodded as he cocked his head in my direction. "Yes, with the drama club squad. Ever and Sierra signed up earlier, and they're currently discussing their upcoming event at the end of June with their crew." My jaw flew open in surprise when he uttered it.
