Sheryl hissed. Silver laughed loudly, and the sound bounced around the gym. "My family is royalty because we have the blood of Kings. Yours has the blood of parasites. Have fun with your pompoms, princess. I'm sure the Twins will call you...eventually." Silver walked away, her friends laughing behind her. Sheryl boiled, her face turning a dark, bruised red. If Silver weren't related to the Lycan King, Sheryl would have had her throat ripped out. But she couldn't touch Silver. So, she needed someone she could touch.

“Your father believes it was rogues. I believe it was something else.” I stood up. My legs were stiff from sitting so long. “What do you mean?” “Did you see the silver light, boy?” “Everyone saw it.” The memory hurt.
