Third person's POV Outside the Sinclair's Mansion LIAM SINCLAIR Liam drove his black car through the large metal gates of the Sinclair estate. As soon as he parked in the circular driveway, a butler in a formal uniform quickly ran toward his car. The butler was an older man named Thomas who had worked for the Sinclair family for many years. Liam had seen dozens of missed calls from Avery on his phone during the drive home. He had not bothered to call her back because he knew she would ask questions he wasn't ready to answer.

Sinclair is trying to acquire so it's been a stressful couple of days and nights for me. "I'm sorry, Grams. I've been busy at work, but I brought you your favorite burger to make up for it." I tell her happily before kissing her cheek and taking a seat beside her. I turn the fan on and I'm happy to see that the electricity isn't out anymore. I almost forgot to pay the bill because I've been too caught up with work during the day and then attending to Mr. Sinclair later at night. I've been meeting up with him every day for this week and it has always been the same. We have sex and then I leave, doesn't matter what time it is. He never objects, but he has never asked me to stay over either.

Sinclair walked over to the counter, his eyes lingering on me, but he got no response, then he turned his head towards Keith for answers instead. “That's the reason he's always here. So get used to it.” Keith said. Sinclair nodded, turning to me again. “Hey, want some smoke?” “No thanks, that stuff does something nasty to my body system." Keith chimed in, "Yeah, makes him do really stupid things he'd regret after a hangover.” Sinclair nodded again. I leaned towards the wooden counter, placing my elbows on it. "So tell me, you once said you lost your child right?” I asked Sinclair. He nodded, paying close attention. “And I suppose you have a Luna, yeah?"

"I see Rowan hasn't given you much information about me, has he?" I frown, the skin prickling with a sense of unrest. "Who are you?" I repeat, my voice sharper now. There is a pause, then the voice lowers, almost like a whisper that coils around me. "Sinclair. Rowan's brother." Rowan's... brother? The revelation leaves me wordless for a moment. Why hadn't he ever mentioned a brother? And why would he be calling me, speaking in cryptic threats? "You look surprised," Sinclair continues, his voice dripping with a mix of amusement and something darker, more sinister. "But don’t worry—I’ve been watching closely. You’re quite an interesting part of Rowan’s life."

Sinclair yelled angrily. No, he did not take it for a joke, and am not a weak girl because I know all the rules to be a Sinclair and have all the characteristics. Georgina declared walking forward, even Rome and Ophelia left their mouth agape. The first characteristic is; Beauty and as everyone can see am already a pretty Georgina. Secondly; Sinclair's are always strong, they don't laugh too much which makes them cold to the others but deep inside they are very congenial.

Sinclair POV Adrian taking the time to get to know me is… different. Before, when Amber was alive, we would have light conversations. His world was wrapped around trying to fix his relationship with Amber, so he never knew me. “Explain that to me, Sinclair. I thought you had a family growing up.”

Isaiah said. “Are you okay with the possibility that it could be Sinclair?” I asked. “Yeah. She is the nerdy type. She seems to have family drama too. Have you noticed that Dad and you both were mated to women with family drama?” “Adrian had family drama to deal with too when I came to Amber.” I said. “Yeah, so there seems to be family drama with Sinclair, which means there is something I probably going to have to step in and fix later.” He said.

Sinclair, Maverick’s father, with his perfect posture and calm voice already filling the air. Maverick was slouched in his chair, shoulders leaned back like he’d rather be anywhere else. His jaw flexed, his eyes locked on the table instead of the man beside him, his father. “You’re late,” my mom teased the second I slipped into my seat, though her eyes flicked in Maverick’s direction like she was also trying to show him how to behave. “Oh sorry,” I apologized quickly, though I wasn’t really late. “Not a problem,” Mr. Sinclair replied in mind behalf and turned his attention to me. Sinclair chuckled, his laughter cold and mocking. “You’ll see soon enough, sister. Alpha Cahir has plans for you and those precious children of yours. He’ll make me rich enough to buy my way into power. Imagine that—me, a lowly whore's son, becoming one of the rulers at the free city.” His eyes gleamed with ambition. “Your Lycan babies will pave my way.” *No, no!* Ava screamed inwardly. Her mind flashed to her children—little, vulnerable. The fear gnawed at her like a wild animal whenever Sinclair mentioned them. They were her weakness.
