Mike gripped the back of the couch, sweat mixing with the oil on his broad back, his muscular body trembling as he tried desperately to hold onto the last threads of denial. “Fuck Derek… pull your fingers out,” Mike growled through gritted teeth, even as his hips pushed back greedily, fucking himself on those thick digits. “This is bullshit. “It beats faster the closer you get to truth.” Theo’s voice was barely a whisper. “What truth?” “That wanting me doesn’t make you weak.” Theo’s breath stuttered. “And if it does?” Adrian’s reply was soft. “Then I’ll teach you how to want stronger.” The sound of rain grew louder. The world beyond the windows blurred into a wash of gold and shadow. It is like Sin senses this, so he holds onto my hand, intertwining our fingers. Now, all of the seven deadly sins have gathered around us; Pride in his suit and blonde hair, Envy in her dark skin, Sloth in her shiny but lazy aura, Wrath in his angriest form, Greed standing quiet as usual, Gluttony standing in a conrer beside Greed with something in his mouth. And the last one, Luca, I am guessing he should be Lust. That explains a lot about his sexual gratifications. “We are leaving. Pave the way.” Sin glares at Envy.

The Seven Sins are the most powerful demons, after Lucifer, to ever exist. Feared by all and wielding unbelievable power, they can wreak havoc without even meaning to. Hence, they mostly remain in their strongholds and barely ever step out to grace the outside world with their presence. They are Pride, Lust, Greed, Wrath, Envy, Sloth and Gluttony.

I shivered and wondered how accurate he was being. Pandora's box was part of Greek mythology and said to have the seven deadly sins in it. Greed, lust, envy, pride...I can't remember the other two off the top of my head. I've been feeling a lot of lust and envy lately. Am I greedy to want to show them all down there who I belong to? Is it pride that has me wanting them to see who belongs to me? Wrath is one, I remember now. Am I feeling rage towards Lenore and the other women Daniel had been with? Sloth is the last. But it doesn't apply

Another day, another morning, another moment to put on the habit…and become who I’m supposed to be again.
