Skipped At The Altar, Taken By His Uncle の小説・ストーリー

I shrugged that off and concentrated on what that uncle was saying. "We are here for an important purpose." old man said. "Ohoo! Wedding proposal " my conscience teased me and I blushed a little But the next thing or I must say incident they told us left us shocked. They told us about his niece accident and about being her in coma and they mtold us that I am same as her means her exact copy. Woah!!!! That uncle told that he is here to take me with him for some engagement drama. "Wow ! That will be fun." I shouted and everyone stared at me like i have done some crime.

I stuttered when two heavily built men flanked my sides each wearing strict frowns. My gaze drifted from my uncle who pinched his fingers together underneath his chin and watched with hooded eyes to the man whose eyes I have been avoiding. In his eyes were swirls of violence and evil. I shuddered. "Uncle, I don't want to go with him,” I cried out in defiance, falling down to my knees. Uncle Aldo let out a deep breath, "This is for the family, Cleopatra. You have to go," He scuttled around with his back against me.

Cristiano, Aarav, Lucas, the rest of the five members of ten, and some bosses filled the room. Uncle stormed in the room, His eyes dilated and anger replaced his shock. "You dared to shoot my son." he snarled in anger, glaring at me. "You should be grateful. It's not his head." My lips flattened in exasperation. "My son is the boss. You'll do as it pleases him." Uncle bellowed in anger. I blinked in shock hearing him. It looked like he was a different person. "After Duante's funeral. You're going to betrothed to him." His eyes flashed in anger as he chided me announcing it.

"My parents were arranging our marriage, but my sneaky brother went behind my back and started dating her. Your father stole her from me!" "I know the pain of losing your soulmate very well. You made me suffer too, remember?" I stated. For the first time today, I really looked at my uncle. Truly looked. He was tired, his cheeks were hollow. His cold hazel eyes, always full of malice, showed now a hint of sadness. Then it hit me.

" I found it utterly incredulous, thinking that it didn't justify Uncle Jared having an affair with another woman to bear him a son. I didn't think Aunt Heather was lucky, since she got really unlucky running into Mom and Uncle Jared. They had already finalized the agreement before getting married, yet once they had tied the knot, they tried to back out. They pushed for the child to adopt his last name and sought to seize the car and house as well. It was just a mere last name, yet they behaved as though their lineage was one of royal succession. Uncle Jared never held a proper job, spending his days outside smoking, drinking, and gambling. He would start berating Aunt Heather once he got dr

“I'm sorry, Adrian. I should have been firmer; I should have refused this offer. It is my fault that your wolf is confused. Sleep...it will all be over come morning." What would be over? What wou… ** *** **** The hunt was easy; his uncles were just drunk enough to fall for their own traps. "The hell are you going like that?" Uncle Spencer asked; he was the oddest germaphobe and the only sober one of the three to realise that he was not heading in the direction of the showers despite the blood covering his frame. "My wife is with Mum and her friends peeling bean pods.” He answered quickly before turning away.

After a while, he spoke up again, "I'm so sorry, Jade for everything for real. I fucked up real bad and I can't come out of hiding right now. It's too fucking risky." I nodded like he could see me through the phone. "It was hard at first but I'm kind of getting used to it," I replied back. "And also..." I started before trailing off. "Yeah?" I took a deep breath before continuing. "Uncle is dead," I told him. He fell silent again for what seemed longer than half a minute before continuing. "Was it Saint?" He asked. "Yes. But he did it... kind of for me." "What do you mean?" He asked again.

He told me that the house my uncle was currently living in actually belongs to him but it was given to my uncle by the Alpha when my father was demoted. I was ten years old when my father died of heartbreak. He mourned my mother for a very long time and one day, he could not take it any more. He ran away after bringing me to the doorstep of my uncle with a letter begging my uncle to please look after me. My uncle had gone to the Alpha to complain and the Alpha had sent guards to go bring back my father for severe punishments. The guards went out to look for my father but could only come back with the bloody clothes of my father. I cried and wept for the death of my father. The Alpha told my

They must have been injected with wolfsbane and I can see she, like the male, is in silver cuffs. The man lifts his head, “It is not possible, my love. We lost her many moons ago,” he says as his head fall to the ground. I can feel their pain. I can feel their love for the child they lost. I start to take a step forward when my uncle steps in front of me. “Not so fast, little niece,” he taunts. “We have a fight to the death,” he says loudly.

So he was Zane’s uncle. “You and I know that she can’t be here. Take her back to her park and get ready. Your betrothed is here to see you” he announced. I looked at Zane and then at his uncle. Why was he so bent on making me go? But the pain of rejection could not be compared to the pain of betrayal I felt when I discovered he was betrothed.
