Skye X Marshall Novels & Stories

The night breeze was as cold as the savanna forest. The street was quiet for an unknown reason perhaps it was late. She still has a puzzle to solve. The handsome face of Damon displayed in her mind and the quick kiss they shared on the altar or should I call it a peck? Skylar lifted her left hand to touch her bottom lip " Gush! Sky" she puffed. Her voice came in a low tone. It felt like his charming soft perfect lips were still on hers. The feeling of his lips was very good, it was like Sky was obsessed with Mr. Willy since she was fighting her mind not to think of love.

I reached out my hand to retrieve my phone, but Tristan lifted it a fraction higher, well out of my reach. "Answer me." Sunny leaned in close to catch a glimpse of the lit screen, looking entirely taken aback. "Cancel the wedding event? Grace, you cannot possibly be serious right now." I kept my eyes locked on Tristan. "Give me back my phone." He didn't budge an inch. "You're seriously going to cancel our entire wedding over a few minor issues from the past few days?"

He chanced a glance at them once more before going over to converse with his wife and the other women. "I won't let this happen!" Marcelo barked and Sky very nearly jumped out of his skin, he turned pleading eyes to his father but Jared wouldn't let this happen either. "Neither would I." The other man screeched. Sky bolted for the door but before he could get to his car a very strong grip held and turned him around so fast he barely saw who it was before Stefan's mouth slammed into his.

"Isn't it obvious? Since I met you in the hallway, you're the only real man who appeared before me. I… I don't know why, but I think…." "Don't. Please don't," Skye said and sniffed as tears pooled in his eyes. "Look. You're just driven by your emotions. I'm not an ideal guy for you. Besides, you have Ethan. You are the king and queen of the campus. You're just confused," he said while he was as if stabbing his own heart. He didn't imagine himself someday pushing her away when she finally had feelings for him. Skye was only this for her sake. She had no future with a rubbish man like him. That was his love.

See, among us, Kieran was best at making the best first impression. “Skye Ross. Nina’s roommate,” Skye replied and gave a small smile to Kieran. “I’m sure you know me. I’m Dante Verlice, the Alpha of the Dark Moon pack.” “Shit.” Skye cursed. Her jaw dropped as she took my appearance carefully. “Verlice, as in the one who owned The Verlices?” “The one and only.” For a moment, a shock passed through her eyes, and then she inched closer to Nina. “I can’t believe you’ve been hiding about him all this time,” Skye whispered in a loud voice, making me chuckle.

Selene nods and smiles at me. “I would love to stay and chat, but your mate is going through it right now. I think you need to go back so he can know that you are okay.” I stand, and the tree stump immediately disappears. “Oh, don’t worry about Skye. She’s doing quite well. She’s developing her powers early because of all the love that she has in her life. She is more open to her wolf, even though she doesn’t know anything about it yet. Also, you and Aston are a different match than there has ever been for a gold wolf. You both are powerful in your own right and even more powerful together. Most of Skye’s powers won’t appear until she’s marked, so that gives you time to prepare her.” Relief

Ruby had been feeling very troubled lately because Stella had been rather smug for the past few days. Stella claimed that her precious daughter, Skye, was dating a young, rich boyfriend who was a founder of a web hosting company that made three to four million dollars in annual profits. The profit margin of his company was even higher than the Carters’ Neotech Lighting Co. Moreover, he was going to purchase a villa that cost over one million dollars in Barrow Cove as a gift to Skye after they got married so that they could live together comfortably.

He cockily walked back to his friends table and I turned my back on them. "Why were you rude to him Skye?" Keira asked with an exasperated look. "I have a mate." I said plainly, stating the obvious. "Well yeah, but since you are giving him his freedom back, I know for sure he's probably on it with a girl right now, especially since he ditched school again. So why don't you explore too before the day of his birthday comes?" She said straightforwardly without restrain, but she immediately took back her words, "Sky, I... I didn't mean it that way..." She stuttered.

RYLAND POV "I got Lexis to agree to our plan and now everything is set in motion". "Good" Skye replied from where she stood, her gaze fixed on the beautiful patterns forming in the sky as the sunset. "I met your stepsister today at the casino" Skye informed, her gaze still fixed on the same spot. "Imagine my surprise to see Dearil there too". My eyes widened. "They are together already". Skye turned to face me, a haunting look on her face. "I am not quite sure what their relationship status is, especially since your step-sister..."
