Authors POV Sebastian woke up with the ringing of his phone, he checked the time and it was almost 4pm. he had been asleep for 9 hours. Sebastian never slept more that 5 hours, his body had been used to working hard and being vigilant therefore sleep always came after midnight and he would be awake for 5am for his workout.
