Bite

Bite

Rachelle WyldebittenbeastBully
Finally, the dragging stops, and for a second, nothing happens other than the Growling and snarling happening around. I try to catch my breath, uneven and shallow as it may be. But I’m flipped over, and glass sinks past my fur, lodging into my back. I snarl. Over me, Everest stands, human again. His mouth is pulled in that victorious smirk he had since the start of this fight—a man who knows he can't lose in his own home. “Pathetic,” he growls, eyes darker than midnight hanging overhead. Shadows flicker in his fingers. I’m terrifyingly mesmerized by them. I try to move. To yelp. To shift back, but I can’t.

Single Life Survival Level Up: Anti-Skinny Revenge

Single Life Survival Level Up: Anti-Skinny Revenge

This is your chance! "Hurry!" Lia pulled Bima along. They both moved faster toward the light, hoping it was an exit or at least something they could use. Bima's leg screamed in pain, but adrenaline pumped through his body. The green light grew brighter, illuminating a small section of the tunnel. And there, they saw it. The monster. The Slime Lurker was a giant eel-like creature with blackish skin coated in thick slime. Its massive body was coiled around a metal box that was blinking green.

VELVET

VELVET

Then a sting meets my inner thigh, making me gasp, and I fist my skirt. My spine stills against the seat, every muscle in my body working itself as I adjust to the bite of whatever he just did. He moves away, coming back in again, another sting needling my thigh, this time higher up my skirt. Wax? I convulse, my clit reacting to the tingling that pricks at my skin. I slap a hand to my mouth, biting on my index finger to even out the sweet pain. A moan slips as he kneads my skin.

The Haciendero

The Haciendero

Alexa screamed at the top of her lungs, not knowing where to run as the snake slithered and positioned itself to strike. Sure, it was big, shiny, and black. It wasn’t like the thin bamboo pit vipers. It was as thick as her arm.

The Dragon's Precious Gem

The Dragon's Precious Gem

Caelia’s heart pounded as she scrambled backward, fingers slipping in the damp sand. The creature’s dark, beady eyes locked onto her with a terrifying, primal hunger. Its serpentine neck arched as it slithered forward, towering above her, slipping slightly as it climbed the sandy incline.

Field Team 42: Paranormal Responders

He just said, very quietly: "It is here." I turned toward him, my own sidearm already halfway drawn. "You know what that is." He nodded once, very slowly. "Ja. Ze Slitherer." None of us knew the name. But his voice made it sound like a curse. "It moves in trees," Schnell said. "But zere are few trees here. It has found anozer perch. Ze house." The sound above changed to a scraping noise. Something long, like a nail dragged across old wood. Or claws. The kind that didn’t click like a dog’s, but hissed like metal on bone.

Escaping From My Ruthless Alpha

Escaping From My Ruthless Alpha

“I intend to.” Sherelle flicked her fingers again, and the ground beneath me rippled like water. Dark tendrils slithered up from the wooden floor, thick and writhing like serpents, each one reaching for me with an unnatural hunger. I leaped back, narrowly avoiding the first strike as a tendril lashed out where I had been standing. Another coiled around my ankle, its touch ice-cold, burning like frostbite as it squeezed. No. I won’t let her trap me.

Charolette Hunt
This is a wonderful book and I truly hope that there is happiness for Kamryn on the other side of all her traumatic experiences. I will say that the author weaves complexity in her characters that makes us love and hate them at the same time.

I loved this book. The character growth and story progression were excellent. The author is also able to create side stories with all of the characters in the book. Lorien and Lyssa, Orion and Rmonica, Kevyn and Thalia. This book is a great example of a seasoned author.

His fingers quickened their pace, spreading me wider. The room seemed to shrink around me, and as I closed my eyes completely, it happened. The knot released, accompanied by a loud moan, and he didn't stop until my legs were trembling uncontrollably and my entire lower region throbbed with sensitivity. He sat back, his silver eyes fixated on me as he brought his fingers to his mouth, sucking them clean.

Guide Me, Claim Me

Guide Me, Claim Me

I couldn’t even catch my breath before the ground trembled violently again. Something was coming. I forced myself to focus. Minseok’s voice echoed in my head. *Listen to me... you have to listen...* The chasm widened further, and the creature that began to rise from it was enormous. Its massive, scaled body twisted and coiled as it slithered upwards, its red eyes burning with malice. It looked like a serpent, but there was something distinctly humanoid about its shape. The skin shimmered with an eerie iridescence, reflecting the faint glow of the walls around us.

Tides of Passion: The Pirate's Curse

The thrill of discovery surged through her as she pushed past the serpent's ferocity. Suddenly, the serpent lunged forward with terrifying speed, its gaping maw wide open, revealing rows of glistening teeth. Instinctively, Gabriel charged forward to intercept, meeting the serpent head-on, claws swiping through the water with feral precision. Their movements were a blurred dance of adrenaline and danger, the urgency of the moment igniting something primal within them all.
