Sam held up his hands. "Easy there. We are just trying to help." She did not relax. "Do you think that easy smile will always make everyone go easy on you?" Her voice was sharp. "Put your stupid smile away. And step back." Sam lowered his hands. He did not smile. But he did not argue. The woman gathered her dog into her arms. The dog whimpered. She held it close. "Papa Sam," Maya whispered, "she is scary."

, the handsome stranger spoke stiffling his laugh. I like his laugh. "AMELIA HUDSON", my blue doggy came to my side and glared at me. How my doggy is so tall?? May be a hybrid? "WHAT HYBRID?? DRAKE BETTER TAKE HER HOME BEFORE I KILL HER", my blue doggy ordered the handsome stranger. "Weu..doggy ... don't order ..around..my prinwnce..", I glared at my doggy. "DRAKE", the blue doggy shouted again.

“Cruel? She’s not cruel, sweetheart.” “Great mama refused to take the ugly dog away,” the child complained. Marcel couldn’t help but laugh at the way the child called the dog ‘ugly’ as if she once had a grudge against him in her first life. Perhaps she did. If the old woman heard her calling her dog that, she was going to flare up. “Great mama didn’t know that Sie Sie is allergic to animal furs and Sie Sie doesn’t like dogs. Great mama is actually very nice.”

At least not now. And if anyone was to ever ask me, I believe I am perfect. But my smile... It bothers me. It is a replica of my father's smile. And everything about him I find at fault... Especially when it is found in me. The silence that had befallen us made me feel non-existent ants crawling up my body. So, I took steps forward, ready to escape the room but my arm got held back. "When I look at your smile, I don't see a donkey's smile. And trust me, I love looking at donkeys smiles. Like the one in the movie Shrek... What is its name again?"

Javier’s suspicion turned to Constance Hellman’s white Pomeranian. He turned to the director’s office and met the dog’s eyes. With its paws on the windowsill, it hoisted itself up to look out of the window. Seeing the dog cracking a lopsided grin and baring its fangs—beaming as smugly as a teacher’s pet who had managed to subdue everyone through the power of being the boss’s favorite—made it look both amusing and chilling. It would have been had the dog not caught Javier’s gaze, suddenly dropped the smile, and put on a face that seemed to be saying, ‘I’m just your average dog! Nothing to see here!’

Adorned in dishevelled regalia and a hooded cloak concealing its face, it left only a little peek at his jaw and a crooked smile that had grown on its dark lips. With each passing moment, the stench of decay intensified, making it challenging to compose myself; the creature's presence sent shivers down my spine. The air seemed thick with an otherworldly tension, and I couldn't discern whether the crooked smile on its lips reflected malice or some twisted form of amusement.

Quirin says. “As if you don’t have Kennedy’s scent all over you. What’s your excuse? You can’t say you’re newly mated anymore.” “I don’t have an excuse. It's not my fault I can never get enough of my mate,” he says, grinning at us as he begins to jog inside to get back to his mate. “It still creeps me out that he smiles so much. The vicious smile, I get. But that one, that happy smile ... it’s super creepy.”

The little girl that was quietly staring at them with those shining black eyes and small smile plastered onto her lips That small smile widened in a horizon as the black eyes seemed to have made the red iris expanded a little, twinkling in return, following suit at Kate black eyes twinkling a while ago It was cute to look at normal times but if it was presented today when only a small smile can make them faint then it was now too creepy gor them that they really could not handle having to look at it some more or spare a few glance on this smile and cute look

That dog had an uncanny ability to sense when she was already irritated and cling to her like an unwanted child, pushing her further over the edge. Sending him back to his owner by evening felt like the first blessing in her life so far. Sending back a simple thumbs-up emoji, she moved onto the second message. This one was from Logan. [Are you coming over today? Minho’s quite energetic while waiting for you.] The message earned a slight crease of Mirena's brows. Quite energetic was one way to put it. Vindictive menace was another. The Samoyed derived an almost sadistic pleasure from clinging to her despite her protest—seeing her miserable.

**ELENA'S POV** The guy with the creepy smile blocked the exit and stepped closer, bringing with him the smell of cheap cologne and tobacco. I guess I could call him Mr. Creepy Smile. “Curious cats,” the tattooed guy chuckled, rolling his shoulders like he was warming up for another kill. “We know what happens to them.” I'll call him Mr. Gold-Tooth. I let my lips curl as I replied to him. “They tend to take someone with them.”
