The Last Thunder

The Last Thunder

Usha walked to the fountain wall and spun around in one spot. Miria looked around and tried to search for it, but she didn’t see her shoes anywhere. “Where…? Where is my shoes, Usha? I put it here, but where is it now?” Miria looked a bit in panic. If only there’s a legwear shop in this square, she would have bought a pair of shoes or sandals. But no, there’s no legwear shop here that she could buy legwear from. She sighed. “I think I have to make do with this, Usha…”

Ashes and Rose Petals

“I lost it.” “We’ll get you another pair if you’d like,” he volunteered. Ella smiled, but she didn’t want another one. They weren’t the right size. Besides, someone might try to trace the shoe she’d lost back to Rome. There shouldn’t be any way to trace it to her, but she wasn’t sure, and that made her stomach tie up in knots as surely as she’d just tied the knot herself.

Midnight Reverse: A Cinderella in the Making

Midnight Reverse: A Cinderella in the Making

“Ugh… another ball again!” Rai sighed as he slumped on the grass while Shane grimaced as he sat beside Rai. “I have to wear high-heeled shoes again!” he frowned when he recalled the last time that he wore high-heeled shoes. That was during their acquaintance party. Just recalling it made him feel as if his feet are painful. “I have to find another excuse for Reiner again…” Shane said and can’t help but sigh, too.

Being Their's

Being Their's

We make our way through the mall, passing several stores and people along the way. We finally make it to the best shoe store at any mall in the United States, Sinful Shoes. They have every brand and style of shoe you can imagine for men and women of any age. I absolutely love shoes and it’s going to be hard to shop for someone else. Maybe I can help them find a pair of shoes for their dad, then I can walk around looking at shoes for me. Not that I really have enough money to buy myself any. It doesn’t hurt to look though.

The Mafia’s One Night Stand Wife

The Mafia’s One Night Stand Wife

I inquired, and she graciously guided me there. "Thank you," I murmured as I began to peruse the array of shoes, her cheerful demeanor lingering in my thoughts. With a nod and a polite bow, she left me to explore the selection. As I sifted through the shoes, my mind wandered to Ann, who adored wearing heels. Despite her tall stature, she always rocked them effortlessly. I couldn't help but imagine her reaction to the sleek black YSL heel I held in my hand.

I was about to run out of the room when he caught one of the shoes. I tried to snatch it but he snatched it with more force. Now we each had one shoe. I couldn't take it from him so I ran out with just one shoe. I was almost running towards all of them. I had only one shoe in my hand. Everyone was surprised to see only one shoe. " Where is the other one? I need the whole pair Manu.. " Sagar ji smiled at me. " He snached it from me ... " " Who ?? "

Meet My Brothers

Meet My Brothers

After paying the bill, Mia and Shelly made their way to the café downstairs together. The ambiance was undeniably delightful—quiet, with only a few patrons, providing a sense of privacy. As they sat down, Shelly couldn't help but massage her feet. "My feet are killing me after standing for so long." Mia stole a glance at Shelly's designer high heels and noticed that they didn't fit well, causing visible blisters on her feet. Despite her discomfort, Shelly stubbornly refused to take off her shoes; it was evident that she had a deep-seated vanity.

Wanda M Estremera
This started out really good and then just turned into a slap fest, author mixed up her characters and time-line. The booked dragged on and on with irrelevant plot twist only to have a rushed unresolved ending. Was truly disappointed with the second half and ending of this book
avelissevyne
Dear author you did a fine job with this book Great cliffhangers although there was a little mix up of characters at some point asides that it's a very fine book. Search Between Love and Revenge a fine book to read too.

he scolds, though I hear the laughter in his voice. “No, they’re not. But May and I have a rule—we are not allowed to have the same shoes. Clothes, sure. Hair, check. Cars and bikes? Absolutely. But shoes? That’s sacred. And I need to beat her to these before she gets her grubby little hands on them.” I snatch the shoes with a triumphant grin. The assistant laughs and disappears to grab my size. “They’re like little gremlins in here,” Ryan mutters, dropping into the seat next to Caden. “I’ve never seen anything like it.”

Fall for the Disowned Billionaire

Fall for the Disowned Billionaire

I'd had enough of being humiliated by my family for forty years. "Come on, we're here!" Camari exclaimed. I looked around me in surprise. We were in front of a shoe store. "What are we doing here?" I asked, recognizing the name of the shop. "I was checking for something you might need. And I found it." Camari led me by the hand to the inside of the store. "You don't have many dress shoes, especially black." "My hair is dark brown. Wouldn't I look better in brown shoes, too?" I looked around us.

I can't even spend such an amount. Not just a bag but a box which contained a set of shoes. This was a pepper-red heeled sandal with a long rope to tie it to my knee. "Oh my God!" The shoe is for someone who has time for parties and dinner. I haven't gotten this type of sandal, now I think my footwear closet has been completed. "Sis, who could be spoiling you like this?" "Susan, I can't even tell because I am also speechless like you."
