It is a part of human nature. In my eyes, a person who commits evil acts is the devil himself. There is no outside force, no mysterious entity whispering in their ears, no dark power forcing their hand. The devil is simply the name we give to the worst parts of human nature— the greed, the cruelty, the hunger for control, and the willingness to destroy others for selfish gain. It is not some mystical being hiding in the darkness. It is us. It is me. And if that is the case, then I must be the devil.

On the evil side, the obvious person that come to mind, is definitely Hades. The big bad death tagged as Hades is a being that defied the powers of fate itself, burnt a multitude of witches, rained death plague on earth, destroyed fertility of the soil and even did more. Other characters as well, not just Hades have been given the evil tag resulting from their actions and personalities. On the evil side, their are various species of brings, ranging from gods to demons to even fates themselves.

3 ARBEN I’ve never been one for redemption stories. In my world, there’s no room for weakness, no space for regret. Regret is for fools. I learned that a long time ago. People like to throw around words like evil, as if it means something. As if being called evil is supposed to make me feel ashamed. But the truth? I thrive on it. Being evil is where I find my power. While the human becomes more eager to do evil as they first find a sense of achievement, as guilt starts to kick in, denial follows, persuading the human to cover up the previous mistake with another. Making things worse and the cycle goes on and on.”
