Rejecting the Alpha King

Rejecting the Alpha King

Chapter 71 - The Chief’s Visit “They say the sea never returns what it takes,” Yenari muttered under his breath, the sound barely more than a whisper as he gazed out at the endless horizon. His eyes were locked on the distant waves, their steady rhythm was a reminder of the mysteries they held deep in their waters. “But this time… this time it has.”

INTO THE WILDERNESS: The Journey

INTO THE WILDERNESS: The Journey

Obligichaun said permitted before he left. The Princess slowly walked towards Legolas and sitted beside him. And to the calm wintry eventide, tucked safe and sound beneath the woolen cloud, comes the softest of blue horizons to meet the pastel land. “What if... we sailed beyond that reef?” “No one goes beyond the reef, Sweet Lord." "People who go beyond that reef will never come back where they belong..."

The Right Choice

The Right Choice

I could tell she was incredibly frustrated with herself. “You’re not a burden, Duchess,” Aryk said, taking her hand to help her over a fallen tree. “You would do the same for any of us.” By evening, we had reached the shores of the Sea of Sand. “Where is the Black Keep?” Abby asked. “Far beyond the horizon, child,” Aryk answered. “We still have a long way to go.” We camped on the edge of the Sea that night. Abigail snuggled up to me as we stared across the water, “The sunset is beautiful here.”

From The 28th Century

From The 28th Century

Meanwhile, Theodore used his overwhelming aura so that the sea spirit beasts won't be able to get close to the ship. "I'll have to cultivate for now since I had been busy for three days because I thought it would be the last memories together with Sirene and the birds." Soheila said as she stretched her arm. "At least they are now with me. So, any moments now, we will arrive in the Sea Of Deadriven. And we'll sail for a couple of months or maybe a year." Soheila said as she sat down beside the huge bed.

Wildwood: The veins of the earth

Wildwood: The veins of the earth

“You were right. Something’s wrong. A boy washed up on a coast near Galveston. No ID. No boat. And… he had a shard of obsidian like the Seed fragments.” Clara exhaled. “Where is he now?” “Gone. Disappeared before sunrise. Locals say he walked into the ocean again. But one old fisherman said he spoke something in a language no one knew. Said the sea ‘wasn’t full enough yet.’” Clara closed her eyes. The darkness wasn’t gone. It had just moved. And whatever remained of Varethkaal… had left a scar in the sea.

Alpha Alexander

Alpha Alexander

The sun was beginning to dip beneath the horizon, casting golden streaks across the surface of the endless sea. The waves lapped softly at the rocky edge of the shore as Serena’s father stood alone, his cloak flapping lightly in the salt-scented breeze. He hadn’t come here in years—not since his wife passed. Yet today, something pulled him here, to this very spot where sea and sky embraced. The last few months had been nothing short of a storm—his heart torn between the truths he buried and the consequences they finally brought to the surface.

The Day She Stopped Waiting

The Day She Stopped Waiting

A beam of blue light erupted from it. Pointing directly toward the glowing location on the map. Toward the Forgotten Kingdom. Then the beam remained. Like a road. Like a path. Then Henry swallowed. Hard. Then: "It wants us to go there." No surprise anymore. Honestly. Then a roar echoed across the sea. Far away. Very far away. Yet everyone heard it. The sound wasn't human. Wasn't monstrous. Wasn't anything they recognized. Then Samuel's face went pale. Immediately. Then:

10 chapters in and I hope it’s second chance book. I love a good “leaving my shitty husband for a better man” plot but sometimes I love a good “I need to get my wife back” plot as well. Sometimes I want to read about how a relationship was pulled back from the brink and I feel this is goi to be it.

What the Sea Could Not Keep

What the Sea Could Not Keep

Robert Blackwell promised to marry me, then postponed it thirty-eight times. The fifth time, a car crash broke eight of his ribs, and I signed seven critical-condition notices. The tenth time, on the way to get our marriage license, he and the car were thrown into the sea, and his suit was torn apart by sharks. By the thirty-eighth time, his heart disease had worsened and his life was hanging by a thread. Eight months pregnant, I changed flights three times and flew twenty-three hours across half the world to find him. When the door opened, a little boy who looked exactly like him lifted his face and said, "I thought Mom was back." Robert rushed out barefoot, panic written all over his

The Wrong Vow, My Perfect Match

The Wrong Vow, My Perfect Match

But if someone remembered it— Truly remembered it— Then it could not be fully forgotten. And if it could not be forgotten… Then it could not fully win. The eye beneath the Sea twitched. The horizon cracked. A distant sound echoed across eternity. Not a roar. Not this time. A voice. Ancient. Weak. But unmistakably real. The words drifted across the Sea. Across the bridge. Across the forgotten lives and blooming silver tree. Straight into Ama's heart. A voice from beyond history. A voice from the ruins beneath the first shore. A voice that had been waiting longer than anyone could imagine.

A Marriage Beyond Reach

A Marriage Beyond Reach

He had a black cloth as his arm band, and was looking solemn, while Jewel had on light makeup, and her foxy features bore a tinge of sadness. An elder of the Herschs had recently passed, and it became major news in the city. However, no one found it strange that Ian was the only outsider among the Herschs and their extended family members attending the funeral. I bowed at the director's tombstone alone, a stark contrast to their huge group. The director was the one who had helped me find someone to teach me massage techniques through various connections. When Ian left the Langhams, the director became worried for us, and she transferred half of her meager pension to me for six months.
