Seven Dark Husbands at the Beast God’s Command

Seven Dark Husbands at the Beast God’s Command

What she didn’t know— was that this small act— would make him far more dangerous tonight. Soon, they arrived at the fruit-gathering area. Clar’s curiosity flared. She wanted to pick everything—but the original owner rarely left the cave. Her memory held almost nothing about these fruits. She looked at Lucas helplessly. “I know the orange one—Luna picked it before. But what’s this red one?” Lucas explained patiently. “The orange one is Sweet Fragrant Fruit. The red one is Sour Fruit.” She picked one and tasted it. Sour— very sour.

The choices we make

The man smiled back. “Good day, miss, are you back to buy more carrots?” he asked cheerfully. “Good day. No carrots today, but I would like four kilos of green apples if you have them,” Mary replied, smiling back. “Green apples, you said. Let me see, what does the missus think of these?” the man asked, handing an apple at to Mary. Mary looked at it and squeezed it a little. Zerden looked at the apple over her shoulder. She handed it back to the man in the stand and nodded.

Pregnant and Jailed: Revenge on my Quadruplet’s Father

Pregnant and Jailed: Revenge on my Quadruplet’s Father

“You try it!” I lean in to scoop a small piece. “I think you nailed it, Andre. Mushy water. Good job!” He looks smug, and jots it down in his notebook with an exaggerated flair. As we move to the next stall, Andre's enthusiasm grows. Every new fruit feels like an adventure for him. “What's this one?” He asks, holding up something green. “Custard apple,” I tell him. “Sweet and creamy. Want you try?” Andre nods but this time he hesitates after the first bite. “It's weird,” he mumbles, chewing slowly.

The Making of a King

The Making of a King

What ever that is. "That sounds good," we reply and she pauses for a second. "You haven't had it, have you," she asks and we shake our head. "No, I haven't had many sweets. At Alpha training they had cookies. That was a surprise. I ate them everytime we had a meal," we say and she shakes her head in a sad way. "Well be ready. Momma Marsh sent us a Strawberry shortcake. It is delicious. You won't want anything else ever again," Karina says as she takes the last items out of the basket with a determined look on her face.

The was a very enjoyable read. The story didn’t drag, didn’t go off in a thousand directions, didn’t try to introduce a million characters to drag the book out (like my 1st book on this app that’s still ongoing). This story makes me want to read all her stories. I highly recommend this book & author

Eternal Malediction

Eternal Malediction

Roy sipped from his cup and made a face. “Why do these people always do Mango dirty, and why is it kind of sour?” “Sour? This is the nectar of the gods.” Liam raised his own cup and had a sip. “Goddamn, this is sour.”

Too Late to Regret

Too Late to Regret

Translucent, fragrant, and sweet-smelling. Charlie: “Try this grape for me. Tell me if it’s sour. I don’t like sour grapes. This matters to me—it’ll be enough to repay your debt.” Candice quickly ate it. She had mentally prepared for sweetness to hit her hard. Instead… it was sour enough to become a meme. What kind of demon grape was this? “Is it sweet?” Charlie asked sincerely. Candice’s head hurt from the sourness. “...Sweet! Super sweet! Really, I swear!”

It's too slow in updates. The author should consider the readers mindset. We read other stories on these platforms and this kind of slow phased update is disappointing and the reader also loses the interest and plot. Dear author please update more chapters per day ......

The journey of love #2

The journey of love #2

I put the towel on chair and walked to him. "Why are you sucking the lemon?" I asked him while taking a apple from the fruit basket and sit beside him on the bed. I bit the apple but it was tasteless. Now days I really love them, maybe more than him. So Siddharth bought two kg apples for us because sometime I waked up at the middle of the night just to eat them. "I don't know. I just wake up and just wanted to suck something sour." He said while squeezing the lemon and suck its juice.

“Tiria, what happened was...” Renata took some time to calm down before she regained her voice. “Don’t you dislike sour drinks? That glass of apple juice was too sour, so I added some sugar to it, yes! The bag of ingredients that I added to the apple juice contained white sugar!“

Praying there will be another book written or something, I know people get busy and life can throw a lot of curveballs ….I hope that what ever reason it’s delayed that one day the author can get us updates. Or an assistant. I’ve been watching a couple books (this one and another and no news :( ...️...️)

this is a great read so far. however, I have been waiting for over a week for the other chapters to be uploaded. I saw them when I first started reading and they have disappeared. you run the risk of losing not only some of your audience but also funds. I have started reading another author's novel.

The Luna Lives Again

The Luna Lives Again

"Hello, surprised to see me?" Why was she so bubbly? "I smelled you." "Not one for banter, are you?" Lina chuckled. "Any recommendations while I wait to eat?" Yeah — the meal I made, when it's done. "I can cut you some fruit," I sighed. Maybe she smelled the sage and was trying to dodge eating. That's why I had a backup plan. "Those apples look good." I took out a bitter apple and washed it. Skinwalkers hated the taste.

The Rejected Lunas

The Rejected Lunas

It seems like taking the pups here to enjoy some fresh country air and pick apples from our favourite spot was the right thing to do. “So what are we going to do with all these apples?” Marcie asks and I shrug, accepting the hot apple cider my friend brings me. “Apple pie, apple bread, apple sauce. Just depends on what we can make before we leave.” I answer, sipping on the hot drink while I show the video of Blake’s success in grabbing the apple minutes earlier. We walk around the orchard, Albot becoming Alice’s helper in gathering the apples up high that catches the twelve year old’s eyes while Marcie and I enjoy the comfortable silence between us.
