A few decades after the trial had started, scientists had a major breakthrough. The nanites, which are highly chemically reactive organisms, are changing their bio-engineered purpose when dopamine levels are high. With a new generation of nanoids, stronger and smarter to fight the battle, the virus doesn't have a chance. Many attempts were made to create a man-made version of synthetic dopamine and each time the outcome was a disaster. Their goal is to create new generations, immune to the virus. These are called Purebloods, the offsprings of those who find pure love, the only cure to save them from a violent death. Running out of time, the Experiment entered in its final stages. To minimize the threats, the Colonies have sent their best soldiers to oversee the trial and protect its key subjects. If only things were going according to plan, or better... stay hidden. Osiris adalah Adhiraj pada masa Arun, ia juga adalah sepupunya Arun. Arun bisa dibilang termasuk kedalam elit bangsawan. Akan tetapi, Arun tidak suka itu semua. Arun memilih hidup bebas dibandingkan berbaur dengan elit-elit kaku tersebut. Arun suka bermain balapan liar di metaverse dan berteman dengan Gurem, julukan rakyat jelata di Metaverse. Kehipan Arun berjalan biasa saja, walaupun kadang ada naik turunnya tetapi secara keseluruhan, kehidupannya berada ditingkat yang hampir membosankan. Sampai suatu ketika, terjadi booming Bugs di Metaverse. Pasukan Penjaaga Keamanan Metaverse (PPKM) bekerja siang dan malam hampir tiada henti untuk memusnahkan Bugs yang mengganggu kehidupan di Metaverse. Kalau hanya itu saja kejadian yang menimpa Metaverse, pasti Arun akan tetap santai-santai seakan tidak terjadi apa-apa, soalnya hal seperti sudah biasa terjadi di Metaverse. Tapi kali ini berbeda, Arun dituduh bersekutu dengan dalang dibalik New Bugs ini. Arun yang hidupnya biasa saja tiba-tiba menjadi roller coaster, gali lubang tutup lubang untuk menutupi kebohongannya agar alibinya bisa dipercaya. Duduk perkaranya, Arun bersumpah dia tidak bersalah, tapi peliharaan barunya yang dia ambil dari daerah Gurem, memang agak mencurigakan. Apalagi ditambah Laksamana Bayanaka, orang nomor 1 yang sangat terpandang di Metaverse, mencurigai Arun dan selalu mengawasi gerak-geriknya. Gawat.
