The Wife He Threw Away

The Wife He Threw Away

“That’s…” He shook his head slowly. “I wish I’d seen that.” I laughed softly. “It wasn’t nearly as dramatic as you’re imagining.” “I doubt that.” I continued anyway. “I walked them through everything.” “The fake infertility report.” “The domestic violence allegation.” “The financial fraud.” “The manipulation.” “The conspiracy.” I swallowed. “And then I ended by telling them…” I looked directly at him. “‘The truth does not become a lie simply because someone famous tells it.’” The room became very quiet.

Author I'm really enjoying your story. I apologize for my bluntness with the reader who uses letters instead of actual words but I'm 'old school' where you say it up front and don't beat around the bush. I believe not using words but a bunch of nonsensical letters is rude and insulting !

Truth Untold

Truth Untold

But Martin had seen. “Go back to her,” Martin whispered, voice cracking like thin ice. “That’s where you belong.” Pain flashed raw in Damien’s eyes—quick, unguarded. He exhaled through his nose, stepped back. Turned toward the door. At the threshold he paused, hand on the knob. “The truth will come out,” he said quietly. “When it does… don’t run.” The door clicked shut. Martin sank to the floor, back against the wall, head in his hands. Rain kept falling. His pulse thundered in his ears.

Bound to the Alpha

Bound to the Alpha

"Even when the truth is inconvenient." She sat with this. The specific weight of a man telling her something true and then not requiring anything from the telling — not reciprocation, not response, not the performance of being moved. Just the truth, placed on the table, hers to do with as she chose. She thought about the list in the back of her book. Things I know are true. She would add this. Not what it meant — that was too large to categorise yet. Just the fact of it. That he had said it. That it was true.

His Unwanted Heir

His Unwanted Heir

But in the honest, amber light of this kitchen, she knew the truth: she was afraid. Not of the writing itself. And certainly not of the truth-telling. She had already stood on a stage in front of over five hundred women, her voice steady and quiet, and delivered the raw truth of her life without shedding a single tear. She had felt the entire room shift on its axis when she spoke. But a speech was fleeting. It was delivered, felt, and then it evaporated into memory. A book stayed.

Ties of a Contract

Ties of a Contract

Claire brings a huge cake, decorated with dinosaurs and books. "Aunt Claire!" the boys run to hug her. Alex hugs me from behind as we watch the scene. "Happy?" he asks. "At peace," I answer. My new book rests on the table: "Hidden Truths - How Silence Almost Won". In the dedication, a simple message: "For Oliver and Noah, Who taught me that the best stories are those we have the courage to tell. And for Claire and Sarah Bennett, Who showed us the price and value of truth." "SOPHIA HAWTHORNE LEADS BESTSELLERS LIST: 'Hidden Truths' Revolutionizes the Publishing Market"

“Speak the truth. Nothing but the truth.” Sara lifted her head slowly. Her voice was weak, cracked from crying. Tears ran down her cheeks. “I lied,” she said and the square went silent.

A Story That Doesn’t Belong To You

A Story That Doesn’t Belong To You

“I’ve been writing my truth quietly. On blogs. In notebooks. In unsent emails. But today, I want to say it aloud because silence protects no one. I loved someone who hurt me. And I was afraid no one would believe me if I said it out loud. But love without safety isn’t love. And silence, in the face of harm, is betrayal. Today, I choose truth. Even if my voice shakes. Even if not everyone claps. Because the moment I told it it became mine again.” He paused. The mic quiet. Then applause. And for the first time, it didn’t feel like survival. It felt like arrival.

Tempting the Wrong Prince

Tempting the Wrong Prince

Then, with a smile sweet enough to rot teeth, she invited me to speak. I walked up slowly, ignoring the teleprompter flashing a pre-approved speech. Ignoring Richard’s desperate eyes. Ignoring my mother’s frantic nod from the crowd. I wasn’t here to play along. I took a breath, gripped the podium, and let the truth burn through me. “It is with a heavy heart that I stand before you today,” I began. My voice wasn’t loud, but it was sharp enough to slice through the noise. The room stilled. Ivana’s smile wavered. Richard’s jaw clenched.

This book is surprisingly great Karima. Daring, fierce and controversial! I wonder how the story will end. I can feel and empathize every character's feelings and reasonings. You're amazing writer Karima. keep it up.
