Anxiety always rises to the surface before any other emotion. Suddenly, the screeching sound of tires reached my ears, and I looked up to see a yellow car with two black stripes pulling into the parking lot. Hayden emerged from the vehicle, wearing sunglasses and allowing his hair to flow freely. It appeared more voluminous today, resembling fluffy clouds atop his head. Donning a black hoodie and black basketball shorts, he sported black sneakers as well. Engrossed in a phone call, he looked up and immediately locked eyes with me, causing me to avert my gaze instantly.

His eyes were steel, “Remember that tonight. You will not ruin his night with your-” “I would never do anything to ruin Marcus’s day. You know that-” Triston slammed his fist onto the table. My plate shook, my hands moving away from my food. “I don’t know that!” His voice boomed, “This isn’t a fucking game. I need his time here to be perfect.” I felt my breath being held in my chest. “You won’t ruin another thing for me.” With that, Triston stood up and left me at the table. Triston and I were like fire and ice. He burned, and I melted with him near me. I gripped the edge of the table before I stood, my legs wobbled, nearly giving out from under me-

One strong enough to shake the gigantic vessel. “That would do.” Dale nodded to her latest achievement. She stood in awe at what motivation could cause. How it took a scene of a floating ant to revive her. She began reasoning. Peradventure the vehicle had stopped, it would be safer to get on it on its end. Dale figured within her and began her marathon contest. She went on jogging up the rail path.

And with that warning in place, I raised the club above my head and sending it crashing into the windscreen, making it a spiderwebbed mess. I didn’t stop hitting until it was shattered, until it a shatter of pieces of glass over the seats and over the hood of the car. I exhaled deeply, feeling much more better, more calmer, although I would feel better with bourbon in my system. Tossing away the bent club, I jumped down the hood, brushing glass from my clothes. Seemed like Seth found his voice sometime during my rampage because his yell reached my ears as I turned in the direction of the elevator, eager to get to my apartment and get trashed off some bourbon

All I could do was hope that they could hold out that long. We hit a bump in the road and I cursed, my ass hitting the crate. Growling, I leaned down and found the little plastic switch I’d added to test the turbo injection. Pressing it, I grabbed the steering wheel with two hands. I was nearly knocked back, no back to hold me in place. Arbella jumped from the 135 mph I’d been averaging to the dial not even on a number anymore.

10 out of 10! This book had me hooked from start to finish and has me wanting more! Not saying that you have to but this would make a great series, a book for each main character, I'd read them all! Glad to hear you're feeling better, keep taking care of yourself and writing these awesome stories! ...

So far, so good. I like the author's writing style and ability to have both strong and weak female & male characters. There are some grammar and spelling errors, but minor and easy to overlook. Better communication regarding updates would be appreciated, but this platform is not for career money.

Whoever his mate is, I doubt they deserve to live a life mated to a sin. Suddenly Revel looks up toward the entrance. “There he is.” I look over my shoulder, watching Micah walk in, the wariness about him evident from the moment he walks through the door. I’m struck by his appearance right away, the pure-blood immortal look about him so painfully obvious in his silver hair and glacial blue eyes. Both him and Revel are striking, the details of their appearance something that would frighten a mortal, since it appears totally unnatural. “Revel,” Micah notes, nodding at the Sin. His voice is entwined with a strange accent I can’t decipher. His eyes shift to mine, pinning to my seat. “You must be

Call me weird but it's for my mental health. Max's brilliant idea of creating me an I*******m account has brought me back in the dark whole of anxiety that social media causes. The reason I avoid social media, particularly I*******m, is because I get too fixated and obsessed with it and before right now I had managed to avoid all form of socials in my life.
