Deadly Game

Deadly Game

Aria The secondary safehouse did not belong to Aria Thorne, the elegant, sheltered wife of a billionaire. It belonged to the Ghost. Tucked behind the rusted facade of an abandoned textile warehouse in the industrial docks, the space was a cold, brutalist concrete bunker. There were no velvet couches here, no smart-home systems, and no soft lighting. The air was thick with the scent of damp concrete, old grease, and the sharp, chemical tang of ozone from a heavy-duty air filtration unit humming in the corner.

Catching the Moon (Chasing the Moon Book 2)

Catching the Moon (Chasing the Moon Book 2)

John argued. But he had already decided. And his dad didn’t try to talk him out of it too long. So after a few minutes Quinn snuck over to the warehouse while the others weren’t paying attention. He got in through a window and scoured the place. And of course Hux wasn’t there. At least then. But this was for sure his hide out. After searching the empty building for about an hour, Quinn found a room with an old cot and some blankets and a backpack with clothes. He wondered if this was the same thing the contacts had found. If so they were careful not to move anything.

The Perfect Lie

The Perfect Lie

"Beautiful place." Noah gazed down the street. "No patrols yet." Damien shrugged his shoulder. "But they will come. Kane's men aren't idiots." Lena took a deep breath. They needed protection. She spotted an old warehouse with a broken side door. "There." They moved quickly, slipping in. The warehouse was empty, the air thick with dust. Broken crates and old rusty machinery littered the floor. Lena shut the door behind them. They were safe for the moment, but only for a moment.

The Hidden Luna

The Hidden Luna

I found a shitty hotel to stay the night before I could go find her place and check. I decide to catch a nap I was tired from all of this driving. Soon as I fall asleep its like the dream was waiting for me and I was standing right there in the warehouse with her “ Ugh, anybody helps!!, help!!” Seems like her lungs are working properly. “ You can stop screaming no one can hear you from out here” One of the guy that walks in the room say. “ Why am I here?” She was asking him. “ You’ll know when our Alpha comes back,” The guy says.

Forbidden Lust: My Father-in-law

Forbidden Lust: My Father-in-law

The abandoned warehouse on the outskirts of the city felt like a temporary tomb — cold, silent, and filled with the faint smell of rust, dust, and old motor oil. Early morning light filtered through the cracked, dirty windows high above, casting long, jagged shadows across the concrete floor. Rory Sinclair sat curled in the passenger seat of the black SUV, her head resting against Jax Draven’s broad shoulder. Her body still hummed from the adrenaline of their desperate escape and the intense, emotional lovemaking they had shared in the backseat just hours earlier.

I'm completely hooked on this story! The characters feel layered, and their emotions make the plot even more compelling. The pacing is great, and every chapter reveals something that keeps me curious. The author has done an amazing job.

The Midnight Hotel

The Midnight Hotel

The hallway outside Room 1313 was far too quiet. Winona stood beside Ava while hotel staff moved elegantly through the corridor delivering luggage to different rooms. Soft golden lights glowed overhead, expensive paintings lined the walls, and everything looked perfectly luxurious. Which somehow made it creepier. “You know,” Ava said while examining her room key, “normal hotels usually avoid the number thirteen because people think it’s cursed.” “Comforting.” Ava grinned. “Goodnight. If I die mysteriously, make me look hot at the funeral.”

My Mafia Stepbrothers Want Me?

My Mafia Stepbrothers Want Me?

I wanted to ask what that meant, but his tone left no room for argument. Luca helped me out of the car. My legs trembled under my weight, but I forced them to hold. The warehouse door screeched as Nico shoved it open. The air inside was stale — dust, old oil, and something faintly metallic. He flipped on a small lamp near the far wall, its light pooling weakly over an old table, some crates, and a pile of blankets. “This is your plan?” I asked, half-laughing, half-breathless. “Hide out in a tomb?”

Married To My Triplet Alpha

Married To My Triplet Alpha

I listened to his voice and the sound of everyone's boots as we walked deeper into what I considered a warehouse. I guess Brooke Lake Pack didn't have a standard pack house. They made use of this as a warehouse and garage — a cover from not only humans but also other supernatural creatures. We moved carefully, slower as we went deeper into the warehouse. A feeling was starting to settle into the pit of my stomach. I didn't like it. It was unsettling. “Jackson,” I called. I felt his presence next to mine almost immediately. “I think something's wrong.” I was trusting my guts, my instincts just as Jaxon had taught me to trust.

Hacked Hearts

Hacked Hearts

Chapter 42. I should make you wear my red lingerie. I started at the creepy line of warehouses with a shiver running down my spine. There were three and all of them looked worn down. How did Athena even know about this place? Or was it Ray’s idea? Either way, the place was old, deserted, and looked pretty haunted. Perfect for hiding. Perfect for killing. I took small steps towards the first warehouse, my car was parked a few blocks away to avoid attention. My eyes scanned over the place but it was so silent except for the annoying noise of crickets.

Harvey York's Rise to Power

Harvey York's Rise to Power

“I’ll go see Las Vegas’ first-in-command, Paul Mendoza himself, tomorrow.” … Twelve at midnight, inside Fortune Warehouse. This place had years worth of history, but it had already gone out of business dozens of years ago due to the location of its establishment. After Old Marshall, the one in charge of the warehouse passed away a few months ago, nobody stopped by. There were even rumors of the place being haunted. In the dead of night, a few vans with Las Vegas, Hong Kong, and Country H licenses parked in front of the warehouse. The doors of the vehicles opened.
