Chapter 4 “Wha? div you sway sumfin?” Enkeli’s mouth was stuffed with the lobster meat she was eating so she was barely audible. Moreover, the sides of her mouth were puffed out resembling that of a squirrel. Shedim suddenly had an unnatural urge to squeeze her cheeks. His hand reached out only slightly before retreating once again. He cleared his throat, embarrassed by what he was just about to do. He was grateful that he hadn’t gone and done it.

Jaws were dropped and the silence was loud enough to hear breaths. I looked at Adrian one more time, “fuck you!” My voice echoed round the room, while I made my way out of the aisle to leave. The eyes trailed me. One in particular pulled my attention… Sebastian, some sits away. His awful smirk on his face, as if I had just entertained him. I shook my head. A family of sick individuals, I thought. Since I had settled on sitting way behind, walking to the door was a bit of a stretch. I was halfway there when huge arms went around my waist, scooping me off the ground. In a second I was hanging upside down.

I stopped in the hallway and turned and kissed her forehead fondly, watching her smile and calm down. "Relax, we'll still have plenty of time before anything like that happens." I walked back. "The guys are eating oriental food today. I already ordered my lamen, will you want to go with me?" "Um, I love fried squid!" Brook spoke excitedly and started to pull me along, so that we could run and I just went along with her, it didn't take long for us to get to the food court. The group was already gathered and I sat down between Kaiden and Lilith, the only person not there was Kendrick, he was probably doing some work as a royal guard.

Subconsciously, I made one step backward. “Who are you?” squid man asked while threatening the researcher with his gun. “Who the f*ck are you?!” His finger went closer to the trigger, any soon, he’ll shoot us. This is insane! Just who is this person who neither seem like a foe or an ally? “Is he with you?!” squid asked to me. “NO!” I declined. “I CAME ALONE!” “Then who are this sh*t?!” “Bro, easy,” the researcher said.

Ben and James prepared to jump away because if the boss was furious and throwing heavy objects on their way, they would be able to avoid. But, the two bodyguards opened their mouths and gasped again when seeing the boss staring at the squids as if he hated them since his previous life. He held the knife and the fork tightly made a serious face. Then out of their expectation. the boss cut the squid into small pieces, used the fork to stab it and sent it into his mouth, holding his breath, chewed twice, and swallowed it down his throat quickly! The big hand hurriedly grabbed his glass of wine and drank it to wash the piece in!

She exclaimed as she points at the squid. "That's a squid, Rhea! For god's sake haven't you saw a squid before?!" Oh now Cora is mad. "A squid?! But that's to big for a squid!" Oh, now we're talking about squid. "Squids can be big or small, Rhea, argh! You're such a moron!" Cora stomps her feet. "Look, I don't want to interrupt your squid quarrel and all, but I'm hungry and I'm ready to eat a whole lot a squid so can we go somewhere really interesting than a super market?" I can't help it, I'm hungry!

The little part of the water which washed up by the sand were getting to his feet, and I could tell that it irritated him. If he could murder the waves of the water, I'm pretty sure that he would have done that by now. He creased his brows, and stared at me for awhile. He was probably waiting for me to fidget in fear, and bow to his order but I had other plans for him. I was here to have fun, and I wouldn't allow an Italian Squidward ruin it.

I.V Chapter 23: Shifting Tides POV: Adrian A notification buzz cut through the thick silence. I rose from the armchair, eager to escape the charged air between us, but Sarah’s stomach let out a loud, unmistakable growl. I had to bite back a smile before she could see it. Adorable.

Blinking back tears, Mindy hurried to Alpha Sebastian's side and asked nervously, "May I sit here?" Alpha Sebastian was in a single armchair, a fact she seemed to have just realized. She gazed at him with a helpless, trapped expression, silently begging him to find a solution. "You can..." Alpha Sebastian began slowly, pausing deliberately before finishing with unexpected kindness, "...squat."
