His blood ran cold when everyone froze in place, Asha included Damian and Diamanté had suddenly appeared at their table as if the two chairs they were sitting in were there the whole time. “Well well well, look what Blood’s got going on here. You’re in heaven right now, aren’t you?” Damian asked though not expecting an answer. Diamanté went to run the back of his hand against Asha’s face, but Young growled out, “don’t you dare touch her.” Both demons eyed him and shared a troubling look. “The council sent us to see how your progress is going and imagine our surprise when we find you humaning around with your little doll,” Damon said.

Pressing his fingers together before himself he grinned frighteningly. "Please explain what it is you're trying to imply?" He questioned condescendingly. Sophia gritted her teeth as she narrowed her eyes at him. "You are Asmodeus, the demon lust, and are going to start Armageddon," she said boldly. Randall rubbed his forehead and chuckled. "If I were this demon then Lucifer would be my father. Would a father try and destroy his son," he countered with a smirk. Ivan and Shadow were silent as they watched the interaction between the female and their boss with their mouths open in shock. Sophia glanced at them and swallowed uncomfortably.

I had to move fast. I turned through the pages of the spell book with shaky hands until I finally settled on what I was searching for. “Thrakos, Demon of the Underworld, Lord of Hell,” I whispered, my fingers tracing the forbidden verse. “He who commands the forbidden flames of the devil's domain,” my voice grew louder, desperation etched in my eyes, "I call thee, Thrakos. I summon thee to the mortal realm. Kneel before–” The sound of thunder cracking cut me short before I could complete my words. The ground began to rumble and the circle I had engraved on the ground expanded outwards as dark smoke clouded the entire place.

Kat tilted her head at him with a cocky little smirk. “You don’t even know my demon form…don’t be too hasty, General.” Batton lifted his head a little at that, a look of bewilderment and awe coming into his expression as he couldn’t help but wonder just how dangerous this provocative little demon was. “So the restraints stay on then…” He muttered looking at her darkly, his eyes narrowing. “Can you tell me the answer to one question?”

Samson inhaled sharply and eyed him strangely. "I did it as a show of my love for him, unfortunately he destroyed that by doing what he did," he mumbled softly. I eyed them both in utter confusion. Samson saw and sighed. "When lower demon documents are destroyed the demon no longer exists and won't regenerate in hell, so Dane's gone forever now," he explained and I looked at Mortas sadly. "We need to lock Samson's documents up in a fireproof safe immediately," I mumble frantically. Mortas jumped out of bed and looked at us both.

I could picture him, standing in that house, his heart heavy with grief and guilt, trying to explain the unexplainable. But Lady Athena's response was calm and measured, her eyes holding a depth of ancient knowledge. "Silas, the demon doesn't need a physical form to exert its influence. It’s like a ghost. It's not like any ordinary creature. Hence, it does not leave a trace – no scent or footprint.” Lady Athena continued to explain, "The demon's influence is insidious. I sit back in my seat and open my legs widely and take a deep breath emitting boredom. “I’m a demon.”
