Taking my shirt off partially, I jabbed my nails into the top of my spine, pulling out my sword, Slayer Rhakis and summoned the portal to edge of The Demon Realm. Stepping inside, my senses were clear, smelling the first wave of demons a few miles away into hell. I waited patiently, pacing back and fourth and focusing my ears on Hunnie and Kris as I leaned against the cold and icy, black flesh of a pillar. The Realm's bridge was as wide and long as a football field and made up of squirming flesh. All around the bridge was pitch black, the only light coming from the glowing floor of flesh under my feet and the demons portal from Hell.

Straight to the point I see. “I didn’t like the on going idea of me leaving here without saying much, I see you most days anyways”. I shrug averting my gaze. Looking back we stare at one another. It seems we tend to do that often. “How do humans do these things anyways? get to know one another.” “Humans?” She repeats with a brow lifted and a half smile. Should I just spit it out? She probably won’t believe me anyways. I sit back in my seat and open my legs widely and take a deep breath emitting boredom. “I’m a demon.”

There’s something electric in the air—something that wasn’t here a moment ago. “How long has it been since you last saw each other?” I ask, pretending to be indifferent. “Ten years,” says Demon. “Or more,” John adds, toasting. “And he’s still as much of an idiot.” “And you, just as bossy, Blackwood.” They laugh. I sip. I observe. John is steel. Elegant, controlled, with that dangerous calm of someone who never loses. Demon… Demon is something else. A wildfire with a smile. A leap without net. His clothes are wrinkled, hair messy, and yet—or precisely because of that—I can’t stop staring.

The man fell to the ground, screaming in pain while Ares just rolled his eyes and threw the eyeball on the ground and stomped on it because squatting in front of the man. He grabbed the man by the hair and lifted his head up so they were eye leveled. “I told you I don’t do second chances but you are someone I’ve known for so long so I don’t want to kill you off just like that but if you don’t find a way to get me rid of this demon the next time we meet, I won’t just be taking away your other eye but also your life. Got that?” He pushed the man to the ground as he stood up then turned to Cornelius with a groan.

He casted a spell on it that could make me look like someone else in the eyes of people for the time being. I doubted it at first, but now I can see that it’s really working. Back in time, whenever I walk in the city, the people in the streets will run away with such horrifying expressions. Of course, I was known as the Demoness who only do evil things to others, it was normal for them to be scared. And I love that. I love when people tremble in fear when they see me. Because if I am that terrifying for them, they will not have guts to take what’s mine. They will not have a chance to betray me… to hurt me. It’s such a shame that no one recognizes me now.

Frowning, I watch as he stalks onto the sand, reaches down and grabs two handfuls before coming back to stand in front of the table. "Here's an analogy for how much Demon blood you have..." he says. I breathe out loosely. This should be interesting. “Imagine this is a full blooded Demon. Only one such creature exists like that now, who is actually alive, and not cursed unground somewhere." He dumps an entire handful of sand onto the table, a few granules skittering across the surface toward me. I swallow uncomfortably, hating the sound of someone all powerful like that. "Wait-"

Such an ungentlemanly fellow ! "what are you?" she asked the lingering question in her head. "You don't look human" "I'm not" "Then what are you?" she pressed. He gave her one of his smirks as he smacked his fangs, "what do you think?" Arianna thought for a while, "A demon?" Damian laughed, "how would you know? Ever encountered one before?" Arianna shook her head, she hasn't but it felt like he was, "then what are you?"

Casey pulls me from my thoughts though and drags me down to the tree line. “Ember, Damian may not completely be a demon.” He says. I cocked an eyebrow. “What do you mean?” I asked. “He made it to Royalty class level no problem but he’s not Lucifer, Belphegor, Asmodous or any of the seven deadly sins. But I sense that I’m missing something!” “What do you need from him?” I asked. “Well I need a sample from him and since his stamina is stupidly high and he can take on anything from being crushed by a planet, I need a… you know?” Casey awkwardly puts a hand behind his head, rubbing the back of his neck.
