The Laboratory Exploded And My Professor Fiancé Abandoned Me

The Laboratory Exploded And My Professor Fiancé Abandoned Me

When I saw her take out a wet towel and cover her mouth, I realized she had come prepared. The fire grew larger, and alarms blared throughout the laboratory. I was worried about my experiments. As I impatiently tried to push Amanda aside, I suddenly caught a peculiar smell. Oh no! What was happening? In that split second, my legs went weak, and I started to feel dizzy. Suddenly, William opened the lab door while wearing a gas mask. At the same time, Amanda threw the wet towel onto my face. I reached out my hand toward William and said, "Help me!"

Pearl of his Heart

Pearl of his Heart

Pushing it, he entered the room where a chaotic sight met his eyes. The room was a lab with a large aquarium at one end. The aquarium had been smashed to pieces while the wires attached to the tub were cut off. Wet papers and broken glass were scattered on the floor. Chemicals had also spilt over, mixing with other potions to create faint smoke while the shelves were also smashed in. Split wires were emitting dangerous sparks as the man approached a small group of people who were huddled in the center. His eyes fell on the aquarium again. The broken glass and debris did not affect him.

This books needs to be on top. As expected of teatae, she never disappoints with her suspense and mystery along with the romance which feels so real. Although it's more of a romance but its all worth it. I don't feel regret buying coins to read this gem. Why the review limit is so short though? 😭😭

Gaius Spencer and his Vampire's Minute Lifeline

Gaius Spencer and his Vampire's Minute Lifeline

So, before Archie or anyone from his team hears something relevant, I have to do something before that happens. Maverick did not complain since he already know what was running through my mind at the moment. Instead, we began our journey to the utter darkness of the place. If not because I have the ability to sense everything, Maverick and I could have been clueless about our surroundings. As far as I can sense throughout the abandoned laboratory, I can see failed experiments in those large incubators. Dead bodies were floating inside them. Apart from that, there were also human and animal bones scattered all over the ground. Bones that no longer have souls and flesh.

As the Fake Heiress Rose to Power, the CEO Falls Apart

As the Fake Heiress Rose to Power, the CEO Falls Apart

The rusted metal screeched as it swung back. Behind the door was a vast laboratory space. On the central table lay rows of shattered glassware and stacks of yellowed notebooks. In the corner stood an old desktop computer, its screen cracked and its keyboard thick with dust. “This must’ve been where the experiments were conducted,” Autumn murmured. She rubbed her temples as fragmented flashes darted through her mind—someone strapped down tightly on the metal table. The image flickered for a brief second, but it sent a chill down her spine. Cold sweat beaded along her back.

The Alpha's Ruined Mate: Awakening the Lycan Queen

The Alpha's Ruined Mate: Awakening the Lycan Queen

Kael and the silver-furred mountain trackers swarmed the threshold immediately after, shields raised high, their keen nostrils twitching and wrinkling in immediate disgust at the chemical stench. The interior of the Grand Vizier’s laboratory was not a warehouse; it was a cathedral of industry. Rows of towering glass carboys, encased in protective copper cages, stretched forty feet toward the vaulted timber ceiling. Deep inside the glass, a thick, luminescent violet sludge bubbled without heat, driven by tiny mechanical agitators that clicked rhythmically, whir-click, whir-click, through a network of overhead brass drive-belts. At the far end of the central aisle, elevated on a platform of pe

Defy Me If You Can

Defy Me If You Can

"But in exchange, I need you to find me a book." "A book?" Arnold repeated before immediately nodding. "Of course, I can." Jane gently guided Victor farther into the laboratory while Arnold followed behind them. The experimental room looked completely different from the old corridors outside. Almost everything inside was silver. The tables, shelves, instruments, and even the walls reflected the bright light hanging overhead until the entire room gleamed with a cold metallic shine. "But that's rather unusual," Arnold continued curiously. "For you to ask me to find a book..." He adjusted his glasses. "Is it related to the medical field, Young Master?"

Five Years as the Impostor's Lab Rat

Five Years as the Impostor's Lab Rat

It was a torment she could no longer bear. Floating in midair, I stared blankly at the scene before me, unable to understand why Eliza was crying. Shouldn't she have been happy to learn I was dead? After all, she was the one who had sent me to the basement laboratory and also the one who had whipped me. Yet, she was weeping over the news of my death now? Before I could make sense of what was happening, Christopher suddenly came running up from behind Eliza. "Eliza, what on earth is going on? Why are you crying like this?"

THE LABYRINTH

THE LABYRINTH

J.J.F. MUSGRAVEkeeping my bride
The Labyrinth Entry The entrance gaped like a beast’s throat—twenty metres wide, as tall, a stone arch flayed by floodlights so that deep carvings cast jagged shadows. Labrys marks—double axes—glimmered where water ran down grooves older than empires. Cables snaked along the ground, feeding rows of lamps that pushed the dark only so far. The air tasted of oil, hot metal, and men who worked too long. Stephanos slipped inside, keeping low, a mouse that knew the hawks by name.

But then he was in another city where he had to take care of his business. I forgot that he said he was coming back here because he forgot something, I sprinted toward the royal hall and looked for the laboratory hallway. As I reached there in a hurry, I saw smoke covering the view and broken beakers and test tube rack on the ground. The laboratory was a mess, I tried to not step on anything dangerous that cause my health. There were chemical liquids dripping on the floor, as I walked close to the scene I saw warriors and doctors surrounding the place. I held my card to the warrior who stopped me, he held a face of pity as he lets me in.
