Now purposefully he walked towards a very specific room in this rundown motel. Once he reached the door, he took a deep breath before inserting the key into the door. He slowly pushed it opened with a sudden sense of déjà vu stepping into his past, knowing his immediate present and very hopeful for the coming future. All was lost within the blinked of a thought when he saw the jumping figure, legs wrapping around his waist while nails were cutting into his skin.

That means you’re not completely lost. “Are you going to give me a straight answer, or should I just call the police?”

As Stephany walked without looking back once again, she could not help but go back in time. In her mind, chaos were as she tried as much to not show her feeling out on her face especially with Candy.

As I walked down the corridor, I repeated a mental mantra, “Move forward, face the present, don’t let the past control you.” I took a deep breath, attempting to clear my mind from the intoxicating nostalgia that clung to me like a stubborn fragrance. The fluorescent lights above flickered, casting a cold light on the hallway, a stark contrast to the warmth I had felt just moments ago. I tried to focus on the task at hand, reminding myself that dwelling on past conversations wouldn’t change the current complications with Madison. Like an electric shock of a thousand volts hit me, my body went into a violent tremor and the world darkened until I lost consciousness.
