"The Washington Post is calling it the exhibition of the year."
"Thank you," I said, but my hands were still trembling. I couldn’t shake the image of that man.
"Isabella, you’ve been on edge all evening," Alexander said, his brow furrowed with concern. "What is it?"
“What if it’s not a coincidence?” I whispered, more to myself than to him. “What if he found me?”
Alexander’s expression hardened. “Who found you?”
Before I could answer, the lounge door was thrown open.
A security guard’s voice cut through the air. "Sir, you can’t go in there! This is a private area!"
