They Chose the Wrong Man

They Chose the Wrong Man

After graduation, I spent a year apprenticing under my mentor in the neutral lands, where there were no packs, no laws, and no one to protect me. My sister, Evelina Duskbane, the Lycan Chairwoman, nearly lost her mind over it. She was terrified I would fall for some Rogue and recklessly form a mate bond. So before I could decide anything for myself, she approved an arranged match for me. Seris Thornhart, the only daughter of Alpha Alaric Thornhart of Frostfang, the strongest pack in Northmere. Beautiful, dangerous, and legendary. Then Evelina ordered me home for the mating ceremony, leaving me no choice but to visit the finest ceremonial motor house in the city and select a wedding car worthy of the occasion. The moment I stepped inside, my eyes went straight to a silver wedding car with a black crest worked into the bodywork. Just as I reached for the reservation tag beside it, a lazy male voice cut in. "I like the one he's chosen. I'll take it. Hand it over." Before I could react, the clerk snatched the tag from my hand, nearly scraping my skin. I straightened and forced myself to stay calm. "Ever heard of first come, first served? I saw it first. Is this how you do business here?" The male wolf turned to me with a mocking look. "That car costs three hundred thousand dollars. You sure you can afford it, peasant? I grew up with Lady Seris Thornhart. Around here, I make the rules." I stared at him, almost amused. What a coincidence. Seris Thornhart just happened to be the woman chosen for me. I pulled out my phone and called her. "Seris, your precious childhood friend just took the wedding car for our mating procession. What do you think I should do about that?"

Falling for the Billionaire Boss

Calista Soleigh
Elarie Newton thought she could hide her secret forever. After becoming pregnant with no idea who the father was, she buried her shame, concealing the truth for months. But when her father, Alexander Newton, found out, her world crashed down in an instant. "Get out of my house! I don’t have a daughter who’s a slut like you!" Alexander’s voice had cut through the silence like a blade. Abandoned and alone, Elarie had been left to fend for herself. Five years later, she was still fighting—fighting to survive, to raise her son, Daniel, and to give him a future. But the load she carried was becoming unbearable. With Daniel starting school, her low-paying job barely covered their bills. Then came a glimmer of hope. A job interview. Her final chance to turn things around. Elarie stepped into the conference room with her heart pounding, filled with hope and determination. Behind the massive desk sat Danreb Scott, a man whose cold, calculating gaze pierced right through her. “So, Ms. Newton…” He had dragged his eyes from her feet to her head. “…do you really think you’re capable of working with me without a degree?” Elarie’s breath had hitched, but she had straightened her spine. “I’ve done more with less.” This was her chance to prove that her past didn’t define her—that she was more than the broken girl her father had cast aside. But would Danreb Scott see beyond her scars, or would her past continue to haunt her? But one thing was for sure. Elarie was ready to fight for her son’s future, even if it meant working under the icy gaze of the man sitting across from her.

Mated to a Liar

Mated to a Liar

The day of our Mating Ceremony finally arrived. As the Elder stood before the pack, his voice booming as he announced the exchange of our soul-binding rings, Julian—the man standing across from me—suddenly spoke. "Actually," he said, his voice cutting through the sacred silence. "I’ve been fucking Chloe." I froze. He didn't even blink as he watched the color drain from my face. "While you were busy trying on your ceremonial gown, we were in the dressing room right next to yours," he continued, his tone chillingly conversational. "She couldn't help but scream when she climaxed. You actually thought she was falling ill; you spent ten minutes checking on her through the door, worried sick." "Later, while she stood by your side helping you pick out jewelry, her legs were shaking so hard she could barely stand." In that instant, I felt the blood turn to ice in my veins. Stiffly, I turned my head toward the woman standing in the front row, wearing a radiant smile. Chloe. She was waving her bouquet, cheering my name at the top of her lungs. Just an hour ago, she had been brushing tears from her eyes as she straightened the train of my dress, squeezing my hands and telling me I deserved all the happiness in the world. "Even just now, while you were preparing for the ritual, she was riding me," Julian added, his voice dropping to a low, rough growl. "She got so worked up her claws shredded the skin on my back." He looked down at the silver band in his hand—the ring he had yet to slide onto my finger—with total indifference. "I’m laying it all out there, Elara," he said. "Whether you still want the title of Luna is entirely up to you."

Sentenced to Marriage

Sentenced to Marriage

"I didn't do anything wrong," I choked out. "You stuck your nose into my private matters," he hissed. "No one can sentence me without proof," I challenged him. He straightened up. Any traces of a smile abruptly disappeared from his face. "You still don't get it, do you? I own this city. It means that if I say you go to jail, that means you go to jail." He leaned over me again, his stare piercing right through me, "And if I say that I want you, that means you are already mine." My jaw tensed as I resisted an urge to talk back. This wasn't a battle I could win, and this wasn't a man I could win against... How did I get myself into all that mess?! *** My name is Cora Bell, and I'm about to marry Aren Lan, New York's most wanted bachelor. A dream come true? I highly doubt that. The guy is an arrogant, wealthy beyond imagination, asshole. Not to mention that our relationship is based solely on a contract, a contract I was forced to sign when I accidentally ruined this guy's engagement... I used to dream of a simple life. I wanted to graduate from university and work as a software programmer, but my fate chose a different path for me to follow. First, I had to give up on my studies to take care of dear Grandma, and now I'm forced to play the role of a manipulative jerk's loving fiancée! The problem is that my husband-to-be is insanely sexy and enjoys teasing me a bit too much. How the hell am I going to survive being close to him throughout the two years of our fake marriage?!

I am loving this book. I especially love that Cora is not timid and afraid to speak her mind like a lot of other books portray their main female character. I read all the chapters in a day and now anxiously await future updates!

Stealing Her

Stealing Her

I stumbled over my own feet as he shoved me through the doorway, barely catching myself before I hit the polished marble floor. A gasped escaped my mouth as I straightened up, eyes wide as they scanned the unfamiliar surroundings. Or should I say - a mansion, everything about it screamed wealth, power and danger. I blinked rapidly, trying to push back those tears, smearing them away with my shoulder because my hands were bound tightly in front of me. The ropes bit into my skin, a cruel reminder that this wasn’t a nightmare. It was my new reality. “Welcome to my world, princess,” he said, voice like velvet over broken glass. ---- Lewis. The name alone makes my stomach churn. The man I once thought I loved. The one who walked into my life with a smile, too perfect and eyes too deceptive. At first, he was everything I ever wanted. Until he became everything I feared. He didn’t just hurt me, he broke me. And just when I thought there was no way out of his twisted love, his brother appeared. Like a storm. I thought I saw a savior in him. But I couldn’t have been more wrong. I never sought his attention. I never wanted his eyes on me. But he gave it anyway unrelenting, consuming, obsessive. He didn’t offer me freedom from Lewis. He offered me a different kind of captivity. One laced with soft touches and sharp edges. One that didn’t hurt my skin, but carved into my soul. He stole my sanity with his silence, my breath with his gaze, and my heart with his wickedness. I was a puppet of two devils - one who broke me openly, and the other who worshipped my broken pieces like treasures he owned.

He was her only escape… or so she thought. [{EXCERPT}] "MARRY ME!" Alana shouted just as he reached the door. Roman stopped mid-step. Then she straightened, her fists tightening at her sides. “Because I’ll be the best wife you could possibly ask for,” she said, forcing confidence into her tone as a small smile curved her lips.
