DIRTY DADDIES
He takes a step closer, closing the distance.
“You’ve been writing me love letters.”
I swallowed, my pulse hammering in my throat. “I—I didn’t mean for you to see them.”
“No?” He took another step toward me, like a predator. “Then why write them at all?”
My back hit the doorframe. I could smell his cologne, cedar and something purely male.
“Because it’s wrong,” I whispered, even as I felt myself getting wet.“You’re my best friend’s dad.”
He let out a low, dangerous chuckle.
