By the time I finished reading "Her Best Friend", I knew I'd be pushing my luck if I looked at any more, so I carefully closed everything out and then shut the lid of my dad's laptop and put it back on the table. However, a few years after my mom lost her battle with liver disease, my dad suffered a stroke and passed away. Adam stepped up to care for me and has been doing an awesome job of it.
