I had always been successful in most aspect of my life that I have gotten used to the feeling of success. Academic excellence was never an issue for me, I never lacked financially thanks to my every working dad and as much as I would love to play the pity party with a broken family card, I won't, cause love was never lacking in my scattered home. However if I were to recount the happiest memories of my life it won't be about the plenty success I had attained.

I deserved it. All you wanted to do was to celebrate that eventually, the world was in your favor—you tasted the fruit of your success. People had seen your capabilities—to some, you became their inspiration, some idolized you—to some, you were just a joke, some took advantage of your status, and some didn’t want to see you on top of their world, wanting to drag you down with their failures. I have had the best life since I succeed in capital ventures. I found the love of my life, had true friends, and got my family back. The people who believed me had my support in return. I had a great life, and I could not ask for more.

"I see the best the world has to offer, I see beauty, success, power and all the privilege that comes with it. I see the elite, the cream that rises above the banality of the common man. Everyone in this room excels at what they do, and why is that? Because we my brothers and sisters quite simply put; are better than the rest." I smiled as I had heard all this before, but for the first time in my life felt it applied to me. I was beautiful, talented and recently successful I was far from arrogant however, as if I was perfect I would not have spent years battling addiction, but I no longer felt like I was less than anyone else, as I did in those dark days.

They believed being a plain housewife was the best I could do, nonetheless. I smiled, leaning on my swivel chair. Days passed by quickly and unimaginably. I never thought working out of my league would teach me a lot of stuff beyond my imagination. Success doesn't define what you finish and where university you came from. Success comes from your ability executed through patience and persistently learning.

She said it like she was reminiscing about the past. To achieve her current success, she must have encountered many difficulties and tripped up many times. I looked back on my entire life of more than 19 years, and it appeared that I had not encountered any serious failures. Maybe I was just not achieving the results that I expected. I had never tasted the pain of failure. Currently, I had Alpha King by my side, so even if I failed, I could stand up quickly. Even if I failed, there was Alpha King by my side to comfort and care for me.
