CHAPTER SEVENTEEN Two days passed in a blink of an eye, nothing happened, just ordinary life, and also in these two days, I was alone in the apartment because Vic has to go on a trip with his so-called boyfriend. I don't like her boyfriend maybe because he isn't serious with her. The next day, with morning light I knew that my new life was knocking on my door with so much that force it might break it down. Just less alone. The second chapter came out in forty minutes. Elowen finding something in the new city that connected back to her history in a way she hadn't expected, a thread between where she'd been and where she was, and understanding for the first time that the two weren't separate stories but one long one that she'd been living without knowing the beginning of. I got up to refill my coffee halfway through the third chapter. Came back. Kept going.
