Selene’s POV The first thing I felt when I opened my eyes after the siesta Alpha Kieran talked me into having was some…difference. It wasn’t pain, and it wasn’t fatigue either. It was as though the world around me had sharpened within the period I slept early that evening as the sound seemed clearer, the air heavier and even the light that slipped past the curtains felt too alive to be ordinary.

I don't have much fate with people of the same sex. Mr. Toland didn't know what Sigrid was thinking. He carried her back to the bedroom and accompanied her to watch an anime about solving a crime. After watching for the whole afternoon, he realised that even after two winters had passed in the same episode, the character was still in first grade of primary school. George frowned and said, "Is there a mistake? One year has passed and he is still in the first grade." Sigrid said, "This is not the main timeline. The time is limited to the main timeline, so the ordinary plots are not included in the main timeline. It has been more than 20 years, but he's always been a first-grade student."

Nature's tranquility surrounded me, offering solace in its timeless embrace. I felt the Reaper ships firing, their purple beams hitting the shadow-shroud and dissipating like mist. And then, a sound like a thunderclap heard from the center of the sun. The white-out returned. But this time, it wasn't empty. When I opened my eyes, the emerald grid was gone. The Void was gone. A massive, warm, yellow light was flooding the Observatory. The Sun. We were back. But we weren't alone. The Earth was now orbiting the Sun, but it was three times its original size. The "Intersection" had become permanent. We had brought the multiversal data back with us. The moon was now a shimmering crystalline sphere, and the sky was a deep, vibrant violet.
