Superman And Batman: Public Enemies Novels & Stories

Fearing that he might embarrass himself right there, he fled from the room muttering something indistinct under his breath. ******************************** A private meeting reserved for special people only… “Have you seen the look on their faces?” exclaimed Devin Richard Crighton the following day in his living room. His private meeting consisted of his two best friend Nash Cooper and Sean Palmer. Including his son Jake a new recruit. “They did not know what hit them until it was too late!” Jake explained chuckling gleefully. “Tell me about it!” Nash was most eager to put it as they clinked their champagne glasses in celebration to the fact that his only son Ashton Jacob Cooper was finall

“Your partner once built empires for people far more dangerous than corporate rivals.” The words landed like a blow. “You’re lying,” she said, though uncertainty crept in. “Am I?” the man replied. “Ask him why Marcus suddenly gained resources. Ask him who created the network now targeting Valemont.” Aiden stepped forward sharply. “Enough.” The man raised a hand casually. One of his men lifted a weapon toward the ambulance. Instant tension. “We don’t want violence,” the leader said calmly. “We want cooperation.” “And if I refuse?” Aiden asked.

He hates company almost as much as I do, lazy ass. Instead I heard them running to catch up. I guess they were under strict orders not to show their ass by using excessive energy while here. That's something I'm very particular about, none of my guys are allowed to use their powers unless absolutely necessary. I'd learned that shit the hard way over the centuries. It makes for an easier way of life, less hassle and we're able to fit in much better with our human counterparts. Some asshole humans back in the day had got the bright idea to capture some of us and use us for experiments when we got too free with our movements.

Chapter Two Of all the friends that Sam had me introduced to, I particularly had a liking for Felix. He was unique in a way and we seemed to share the same interests, like the love for superheroes, most specifically the Superman guy. Eventually, we got bored of playing soccer and some of the kids we were playing with headed to their homes. It was too early for us to go home, so we decided to play Hide and Seek afterwards, a game in which you hide and someone has to find out where you are. It was only the three of us, Sam, Felix and I. You know how the kids back in the rurals are always controlled by the city kids? Well, Felix and I hid and I made Sam look for us. After struggling, he finally

There it was. The trap is refined. “Either way, he regains tempo,” Dante said. “Yes,” Aiden agreed. “Unless I redefine the exchange.” They didn’t respond immediately. Time itself had become a weapon, and Aiden wielded it carefully. Instead, he moved to public spaces, neutral zones, places where presence mattered more than speech. The city responded. People slowed. Watched. Chose. Julian watched the metrics twist again. Engagement projections are destabilizing. Public trust is fragmenting into independent clusters.

The backyard is stunning. Caci gets the fire going, and then the guys have us sit down. Andrew suddenly appears quite nervous. What is happening? "Okay, ladies, we have something to show you. After we show you, we'll explain everything," Andrew says, stepping back from the fire. The two brothers move apart slightly, and Kade positions himself in the middle of them. They both reach into their pockets and pull out small objects. Andrew holds up a necklace, while Caci holds up a bracelet. They both have a similar design, with a delicate chain and a small charm in the shape of a moon.

Truman commented looking at the horizon from the walls, he saw a black smoke collum that indicated where the camp was. "Thank you, Truman. I'm going to take Andrew and Elia with me, do you have anyone else in mind?" "Sam and Gwen, but I don't know how well they'll work with Michel's team, they kind of don't like each other. Mary John and Ginna are excellent fighters, but they are the kind of person that works by the rules, Michel on the other hand, likes prefers to ask forgiveness than for permission."

Dorian declared. "DC comics still have the best backstories." Zachary shook his head in disapproval. "Dude, have you seen their movies? They're way better than Batman vs. Superman," Shawn said, holding a can of soda. "I agree, that movie didn't make sense how Batman stopped Superman's punch," Kairos added. "That's because Superman was weakened from the extreme exposure of Kryptonite." Zack huffed, pushing his glasses up the bridge of his nose again. "I didn't know you watch superhero movies too." Maddie was stunned at the brunette. "I thought the Queenz were more into boring chick flicks."

He asked her with his ever boring gaze. "Silver enterprise never did anything to us. You don't need to sabotage them. Why is the news public? We can fight them using other means….." "Who said I was behind whatever had been revealed to the public about the silver enterprise?" He asked her with a raised eyebrow. "You are not?" Emma asked him with a raised eyebrow also.

"They didn't realize they just trapped themselves in a secluded place with the two worst people possible. If there are moles pretending to be our co-workers, we hunt them down first." Our boots hit the cold concrete floor in a synchronized, rapid rhythm that echoed lightly against the exposed overhead water pipes and electrical conduits. I still couldn't grasp how we were balancing this—being lethal, sworn enemies by blood, yet still co-parenting a baby back home. One night we were mapping out fifty different ways to tear each other apart, and the next we were bickering over diaper brands and formula temperatures. It was an absurd, fractured reality, but right now, we move like a single mach
