Khali heard bits of whispered talk from the crowd around her while keeping her ear out of sight. “What’s going on, Khay?” Brady had gone into Khali’s room without her knowing. Right away, Brady exited his seat and walked over to the window. He carefully opened the thing in front of him with a sense of excitement.
