I had been specifically asked to stay off sweets for a week by my dentist because of my sweet tooth which resulted in a teeth ache. Although I had gone ahead to take much more chocolate in the future, the taste of that chocolate dissolving in my tongue as I hid in a dark corner, my heart beating, my eyes furtive, and my movement frantic was one I couldn’t forget for a long time. It was decadent, sinful, and forbidden. It had sent a shameful thrill down my spine later that night when I thought about it and it is the same way I felt now as my eyes feasted on the many pictures of Damon Caelian Valentino. The first man that had made my best friend scared to death.

He smiled and looked at me through the rear view mirror. “Anything for you doll.” I smiled and looked back at Rena. " I like yours" I tell me and he chuckles as he cuts into it offering me the first bite, I open my mouth wide as he puts the fork with the waffle in my mouth, I grab it with my teeth as I chew it, flavors burst in my mouth, I closed my eyes as I let out a loud moan savoring the taste.

But I know kids love them and my friends, especially my baby. "Five layers, caramel flavor but I do not want it to be so sweet that much. I do not want my guest to have a fucking toothache. Must have a flower on every floor of it and on the top put a fucking figurine of my baby and me." I respond to her quiz. She is busy writing all those details that I have stated. I actually have no idea what will it looks like.

she said with a cute grin. "No!" "Yes! Please? Ate Ade, do you think it's all right with you?” she shifted her gaze to me. "O-Of course, that's not a problem!" I was stuttering. "See? He forced himself to act calm and accepted the candy and water. The sweetness from the hard candy filled his mouth. Chester never liked sweets. In fact, he loathed them. However, since Giselle had bought it for him, he didn't mind for once. The car engine started, and the city lights blurred into glowing streaks outside the window.

So eating a little bit won't hurt," she winked and everyone chuckled. Contrasted with her deadly training skills, she was extremely adorable. Her presence always remained filled with the tenderness of her mother. She was the perfect blend of her mother's warm heart and her father's vicious head.

Liam asked with concern. "Not too bad. I can handle myself and heal from whatever damage was done. But please, do the same for yourself. Promise me you will take care of yourself?" "I will. I promise." "Good. Goodbye babe. I love you." "I love you too." The call ended, leaving Liam alone with the silence and the snacks scattered on his coffee table. He reached for a package of chocolate chip cookies, the simple sweetness a small comfort in a world that had turned bitter overnight.
