Randell quickly conjured a spell without letting any of them react, the spell sucked the living out of the two bodies, now they lay on his feet unmoving, lifeless.
“Nothing personal,”
He brought out the book in front of him, opened it, and started chanting, reading from a page. All around him, wind swirls, the ground shivers. In midday, dark thunder clouds above the cabin formed, growing.
He continued chanting, at his feet the corpse of the father twitched and turned. Then it opens its eyes, now all white, staring blankly.
It stood up, “Where am I? who called me back.” it said staring at its hands, as it examines his new body, its voice echoes and hollow.
